“I like the footwear range that is available at a reasonable price from your stores. The store near me has closed down but I was able to purchase shoes online that I had previously bought at your store but will not purchase anything that I don't know fits me so this may be the last time I shop with you. “Very disappointing, I’m a size 9 and the sandals I got were very tight even though they were elastic and were tighter on my left foot which is my smaller foot, can’t work that one out! The quality is poor and the size is inaccurate. Won’t purchase from famous again. Not for broad feet at all. Waste of money in postage”

“Love using Famous Footwear online, the site is easy to use & quick. The delivery of my purchase is brilliant so fast it's amazing. My last order I placed late on a Tuesday night & my shoes were at my front door by Friday & I live in a rural location when it comes to postage. Online ordering is not preferred way to shop, so when ever I get the chance I'm in store purchasing or trying on shoes.”
