“This is not really a review, it’s more about me wanting to compliment your business on the way you treat customers. It turns out the boots I had bought for a friend of mine‘s birthday, were too small for her to wear. They were the largest size available so I knew I would have to return them. The girl at the shop handled the return with great professionalism and and arranged for a refund Immediately. Well done! I really liked the boots, and I wish you had male sizes!. “The calf width of your boots is too small and there’s not enough variety so I find the range not as inclusive as it could be. You might try alternative materials so that those with thicker calves also have options”
