“I ordered a pair of shoes from Famous Footwear I was very happy, they we’re quick at sending them. I had chosen the wrong size so I had to return them I was going to exchange for the another size, I didn’t because I had to pay $15.00. To send them back which half the amount of the cost for the shoes. I was not impressed”

“I love my new shoes from Famous Footwear!! My order arrived quickly, even leading up to Christmas, and my shoes are super comfy!! I had issues with checking out, but emailed for help and they were able to solve the problem really efficiently Would definitely buy again!!”

“Shoe sizes are very small. I purchased during a sale, so good value for money. The returns/exchange system works well as it’s all QR code and doesn’t require customer service. I probably will by from FF but will purchase a size larger then normal.”

“Thank you for quick delivery and good service. Needed them for sad occasion and they arrived on time, Unfortunately they are slightly larger than I needed. My fault as was not familiar with your sizing. Wore them with padding and they'll go to a good home, Lovely shoes.”
