“Paying postage both ways !!! Not happy ….. shoes were ridiculously narrow , I had to return them I ended up paying $23 postage and didn’t get a pair of shoes 😣 won’t be shopping with famous footwear again ! 🙁🙁🙁🙁”

“I ordered the wrong size by accident and when I notified them they were happy to send me an email with a label to send them back and send me the right size. It was so easy and so fast. No hassle at all. I will totally recommend to others. Will be buying again.”

“I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $15.95 to return my shoes back (due to wrong fit) plus pay for a bag as well. You should charge less for this service. It is too expensive.”
