“I love these heels, great for work. Really comfortable. Only thing is they do stretch out after a while and wear down (I wear them every second day). But for the price, they are good value”

“Amazing Customer service, a real credit to the teams at Famous Footwear. From my super helpful young assistant at the DFO Brisbane store track down the last pair of a favourite pair of shoes i was chasing that had been discontinued, she tracked them in Toowoomba, rang them, they held this was sunday. Monday morning customer service ring me to organise delivery from toowoomba to me in Brisbane, i had those shoes in my hands 2 days later, the process and sytem you guys have in place works and works well.. Hats of to you all, thank you for your amazing customer service and i i will say this was all for a $16 pair of price redcuced shoes, good customer service is across all price points.. Well done !! I am a long time shopper of Famous Footwear and have already shared this experience !! Donna Smith”
