“I have bought quite a few pairs of shoes from Famous & will happily continue to do so. I do all my shopping online now, when I need shoes I go straight to Famous as the size & fit is always perfect. I am an older lady who loves & still wears the younger styles because I can & there are two more pairs of heels I have my eye on. Keep up the good work, glad I found you. Thanks.”

“I was looking for a particular pair of sandals that I had bought years ago as they were wearing g out. I went to Famous Footwear at Chermside and the girl there told me that this style was still being made and that I may be able to get them online. She went out of her way to look them up for me and found that there was a pair in my size in Cairns. She took my phone number and said that someone from the online team would phone me for my postage details. After dealing with many companies, I thought, ‘I doubt anyone will call me’. I received a call the next day, paid for the shoes on my card and revived them in less than a week. The whole process was painless and I was impressed by the service of Famous Footwear staff at every point. I will definitely be shopping with Famous Footwear again!”
