“I am often a little apprehensive about ordering any item of clothing/footwear online but my daughter told me about your website and how helpful it was to navigate and find the best shoe size for those looking for shoes. I went onto your site, followed the recommendations for working out what size shoe to order and placed my order for a pair of black ankle boots. They arrived very quickly and are perfect. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly and are truly great value for money. I would highly recommend Famous Footwear!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes from Famous Footwear I was very happy, they we’re quick at sending them. I had chosen the wrong size so I had to return them I was going to exchange for the another size, I didn’t because I had to pay $15.00. To send them back which half the amount of the cost for the shoes. I was not impressed”

“Paid for delivery and it got sent to the post office because apparently famous footwear don’t deliver to houses through Australia Post (was told this by Australia Post employee) money wasted.”
