“I ordered a size 8 pair of shoes. When my shoes arrived, I received a size 8 left pair and a size 9 right pair. I had to call my local stores to see who had a right size 8 pair so I can do a swap over. There were only 2 stores, the lovely lady at the city store offered a free pair of socks for the inconvenience. I was surprised and dissapointed with my order.”

“I love the shoes I buy from Famous Footwear! I have recently bought a pair for a black tie event and they were super comfortable & the fit was spot on - no blisters by the end of the night! I always order online because it is quick & easy plus the delivery is super efficient.
