“The shoes were comfy and delivery was quick however the first day I wore them the gold accessory on top fell off so that was very disappointing”

“Shoes are very small on the top strap - I have a narrow foot and cannot do them up! Trying to return online (as the store in Bendigo has closed) and it does not recognise the order number...Grrrr!”

“I haven't shopped at Famous Footwear in a while but I bought 3 pairs of shoes online based on previous experience. The quality has really dropped off since the last time I shopped with them and if I'd shopped in store I would have left empty handed. I haven't returned any of the shoes because apparently they have to be taken in store for a refund and the closest is over 100km away. The prices are great but manage your expectations because you certainly get what you pay for.”

“It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered and still waiting to receive the shoes. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from famous footwear online if you want your items in a hurry. Can’t comment on the shoes comfort, fit or style because I haven’t got them yet.”

“The calf width of your boots is too small and there’s not enough variety so I find the range not as inclusive as it could be. You might try alternative materials so that those with thicker calves also have options”
