“Size was too small and I didn’t realise there is only 1 store left in NSW so to return would cost a bit in postage. So I didn’t return the shoes. There used to be a store in eastgardens that is no longer there :-(”

“The discount was great, but one of the sandal straps are more loose than the other one. Seems like it was used as a display shoe ... And I only noticed this after wearing them out so I can't return them now.”

“i had purchased a size 8 and found it to be a little too big so i purchased a size 7 and found it to be a little too small. The 3 rating is for the prompt service i received and such a nice sight to make a purchase from. I paid for delivery as i couldnt leave my home, when knowing my parcel was coming i kept an extra eye out and received a message that they tried to deliver the parcel which wasnt the case and had to go to my post office to pick it up? (Need a better delivery service)”

“Unfortunately without the zip these shoes are really difficult to pu t on , I was meant to get the morely black boots (love these ones) but wanted to try a new style. I wish I got the morely blackboots they are my staple and amazing!”

“Love the shoe I purchased, however the sole cracked through on the left sole, need a replacement asap. So went to Pacific Fair to exchange to find out the store no longer exists there. Sad 😞 So I now will need to cut it up and send photo to customer service, to receive a new pair. Despite this I DO love the company and there offerings. It has always been a go to for me at pac fair.
