“Ordered some team shirts, shipping took forever and the tracking is inaccurate and awful but the shirts were fine. Had a second order for team shorts right behind this one. They finally arrived only to find they put the stitched/embroidered lettering on the FRONT of the shorts. This was not indicated anywhere in the description and I would never have bought shorts with words on the crotch instead of the back like everyone else does. When I asked them to make it right with me, the customer service person told me I should have seen the slit pockets on black shorts in the photo in a tiny photo and that they aren't responsible for not indicating where the embroidery goes in their description. Absolute GARBAGE. $200 for shorts that will never be worn. Do not recommend doing business with them.”

They forgot to put my team's name on one of the jerseys and refused to correct it. I had to re-order another jersey so that everyone can be in unison. I had to re-pay with no discount. They actually stopped communicating with me and said it was my fault they didn't put the name on the jersey. I will NEVER buy from them again which is horrible because the other jerseys came out nice...This company is in China, not the US”

It is currently APRIL 27th of the same year as I write this and my item hasn’t even been shipped! I’ve sent countless emails, texted chatted with somebody at their company and even called the number that’s provided on the site (no one has ever answered btw) and I keep getting the same ol generic runaround responses. In the morning I’m taking this up with my credit card company I used to make the purchase to file a dispute. I’ve been very patient and I can’t take it anymore! “This is the worst company I have ever done business with, waited for over a month for 1 shirt to ship. Then it's sent to the incorrect address, I called usps and they confirmed it was sent to the wrong address (eventhough my invoice has the correct address). I was told no refund because it was customized 😕. Hello you didn't send it to me. Then the nerve to tell me they will just discount a future purchase ..... I will never place an order with this company again! They have 24 hrs to refund my money or I will just dispute it. I have emails confirming it was not sent to me.
What kind of company admits to a mistake then won't provide a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.

I placed my order December the 13th so that it would be able to be here for Christmas so by the 21st I still haven't received the tracking number or anything then I contacted them because I haven't received no shipping information or anything to reassure that my order would be here because it says 8 to 10 days which is understandable then I got rude customer service emails back and forth telling me that I cannot cancel and that they would send me tracking information when it was prepared however right now today which is December the 29th I still have not received a tracking number or my package so at this point I have to take it to the courts which is unfortunate but it's just the principle now horrible company my son did not receive his gift for Christmas and that's the worst part I am very very unhappy”
