“DO NOT TRUST!!! Long review but PLEASE READ. I received communication from Rose through the entire inquiry process. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I was in need of custom youth jerseys for a Breast Cancer Awareness tournament. She guaranteed me that once I ordered they would send me the mock ups and upon my approval would produce them and have them to me on time. I placed the order and sent the order # to Rose as she stated so that she could oversee my order. As soon as I placed the order and sent the order # I NEVER heard from Rose again. I placed the order April 24. It is now May 2 and have not received the mock ups! I need them by May 25. I have received an email from a Kitty on occasion assuring me that everything will be finished in time yet she can't provide the mock up for me over a week post order. I told her today to cancel the order and refund it. Now I receive 5 responses. All disregarding my three requests for cancellation and the last one telling me they have been produced and are being shipped. As of 12 hours ago nothing had been done now they are miraculous produced even though I have not received the mock ups nor approved anything! Their website states 24/7 customer support which is entirely false! I tried calling and it goes straight to a generic voicemail. I then tried the chat and received one response stating I would receive a response to my questions via email within 24 hours! Now I am left scrambling to fulfill these for my entire youth soccer team and a tournament that is incredibly important to us. Please stay far away!!”
“Product is a great deal. $50 for a custom jersey. Authentic jersey would have been $300. 2 Notes.
1- Be more upfront about being located in Hong Kong. Paying for the faster shipping was a waste of money. 2 days difference means nothing while waiting almost a month for the arrival.
2- Customer service is in need of an overhaul. The app on their site doesn’t work well, changing your password doesn’t work at all. When this happens, panic that you just got scammed sets in. I finally received a confirmation and tracking email that worked, 2 weeks into the order. Email was professional and polite. And, the tracking system works.”
“Pay very close attention to 8-10 day processing time and not just the 8-10 day shipping time. So if you need the items for an event, then make sure you have at least 1 1/2 months time. These come from China!!!! Order local not here”

I placed an order not knowing that this company is based in China and they have to ship overseas to get to you, I was also on a timeline to get these orders in and out to my job. I usually go with another more expensive company, but I figured this one looked reputable. Not only did these Jerseys come in late, but half were undersized. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT USE AMERICAN SIZING. ALL OF MY COWORKERS WHO WEAR 2X and 3X WERE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. THE JERSEYS ALL RAN SMALL. THEY ARE MADE FOR LITTLE OR SMALLER PEOPLE. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS SO FAR OFF THAT, OUR SEASON WAS BASICALLY OVER WHEN THEY ARRIVED. GOOD LUCK AND DONT SPARE THE EXPENSE. GO AMERICAN MADE.”

It takes them 2 weeks just to print them and another 2 weeks to ship them. A total of one month for a small order. There is no customer service. Dont order from them.”

“I placed an order on Feb. 25th, I paid an additional $15 for expedited 3-5 business day shipping. Today is March 7th and I have not received my order. The order status also hasn’t been updated. The status update still says, “order received.””
“if i could rate it a zero i would. this is truly the WORST experience i have had with a company. placed my order a month ago for an event upcoming. their website says 8-10 for processing. i waited and then when my order didnt ship i emailed them. no response. tried to call, phone number is not customer service. tried to live chat, no one answers. finally after i sent another email i get a response saying my order was being processed still even though it had been well over the 8 days. they told me it would be delivered by the 27th. its now the 22nd their website says 8-10 days as its coming out of the country. their customer service has given me NO answers as to where my order is or when its going to be shipped. i spent a lot of money on my order and was recommended by others but have truly never been so disappointed with a company and will not be referring them to anyone!”
