DO NOT pay for expedited shipping. They said it would ship in 3-5 days, and it has now been 8 days and my jerseys still have not shipped! Their customer service is awful and you can not get a hold of anyone!

Very Unsatisfied!!!!! I ordered a custom jacket to come with my logo on it. I received a jacket with a picture of a tiger and some of my customizations. I reached out to customer support, I was told I had to pick the option to remove that image. There’s no option or directions to guide me to do so. After mentioning that I asked for the correct jacket, if not a refund. They sent me a email telling me to order a new jacket with only a %10 percent discount. I took screenshots of everything. I even tried to order again, there’s no option to remove the tiger image. It’s supposed to be a custom jacket, like the pictures that are advertised. I am unsatisfied with this purchase, I spent over $100 dollars on a jacket I can’t use.

Paid for 3-5 day shipping and still haven't received the jersey half a month later, while people who paid for standard shipping have it already and I wont have mine for the conference on time. Shipping says it's still in China. I will not have my employees use them in any future orders.

I received my order within the expected time frame, so they get one star for that. I'll give them another star for the embroidery on the baseball jersey I ordered. And that's all the stars they get from me because 1) the quality of the jersey itself is awful, it's more like a dry fit shirt rather than a jersey, 2) the men's medium that I received was comparable to an XL, 3) and the colors were horrendously different than what was pictured, it was supposed to the tye dye design but looked more like a blob of paints smeared on a shirt. Terribly disappointing as this was a birthday present and now I have to scramble and find something else. Please don't waste your time or money on this company.

Total scam order was placed on dec 30th 23 still haven't shipped ,thank God for chase and their quick disputes item was never received

I ordered 3 weeks ago.still no delivery!!! My wife ordered 12 varsity jackets just 7 days ago.im sure it'll take at least a month or longer. I'll wait it out.if not received within a month I guess I'll try a refund.SMH!!!

I had an abysmal experience with Fansidea that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service was beyond appalling, and their promise of providing a mock-up before the production of my order was a complete farce. Prior to placing my order, I specifically requested a mock-up to ensure the accuracy of the product. The customer service representative assured me on December 8, 2023, that after placing my order, a mock-up would be sent for confirmation within 24 hours. I diligently followed their instructions, providing my order number promptly, but alas, silence ensued. Despite my repeated follow-up emails inquiring about the mock-up, there was not a single response from Fansidea. Shockingly, on December 18, 2023, I received an email notifying me that my jacket had already been shipped! To add insult to injury, a mere four hours later, they had the audacity to reach out, stating they could help alter the mock-up – an offer that was rendered utterly useless since the package had already been dispatched. This lack of communication, their failure to adhere to their own promises, and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are utterly unacceptable. The negligence displayed by Fansidea's customer service team is inexcusable. Their actions demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for customer concerns. I strongly advise against using this company for any purchases. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer needs is simply intolerable. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and disappointment by steering clear of Fansidea. They have lost a potential 47 additional jacket orders and any positive recommendations from me.

I've been trying to get clarification so I can proceed to place an order and there has been and extreme lack of support from their team. I wouldn't recommend this company, if they can't communicate properly and efficiently how can you expect a quality product.

Never did receive my order. Customer service is non existent. Phone number is a hoax. Kept sending bogus emails of made up tracking. DO NOT BUY from them

Besides the fact that is company is overseas,and everything is handmade,they responded to EVERY Email.My order took about 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service is better than some American companies.Will do businesses again!!

Never during purchasing does it say it’s coming from overseas. Shipping is the worst. Advertise 10 day shipping after processing, it’s now day 8 and it hasn’t even left the country of origin. Tracking is the worst, updates with information nobody understands. Going in circles. Received an update yesterday “Transfer to Airport of Origin” and today “Reached Airport of Origin”. Where exactly is this “origin”. Never again.

False advertising when item will ship despite expedited shipping being advertised, ordered something custom for a Halloween party that won’t get here in time and also hasn’t even shipped yet and won’t refund me. Reported them to my credit card company. Do not buy from this company. Awful.

The quality of the Jersey I ordered is very good. What was difficult was the length of time to receive the product 6-8 weeks) and the fear I might never receive it. I got in touch with your chat line and they kept me updated every few days. Thank you for that and for the cute youth jersey.

WARNING. FALSE ADVERTISING. MISLEADING SHIPPING TIMES. The website advertises 8 to 10 days shipping on Google. What they don't tell you up front is the jerseys are supposed to take 6 to 8 additional business days to make. I was Already Kinda upset after 20 days, but I still haven't gotten my order and Its been a month. I paided 50 Dollars for a Jersey with my birthday number on it and the word 'strange' in hopes to help speed start people's fitness journey at my Church.( because you can't be in your comfort zone when your making progress.) They messed up everything as I planned it. It's been over a month and usps doesn't even have my order. To make things worst they shipped through another company with poor reviews called "Pitney Bowes" that also has a one star review. I've read other reviews from purchasers who are still waiting after 2 months, products who shrunk, or products that were too big JUST USE THE AMERICAN SPORTS AFFILIATES WEBSITE AND GET QUALITY STUFF ONTIME.

THIEVES It’s going into the second month and my order has not arrived. They sent two different tracking numbers that do not show the package in route. One tracking number is not even a USPS tracking number. Everytime I contact customer service (a chat bot) it just keeps saying the package will arrive in a few days

This company is terrible! Do not use, they are a scam. I ordered merchandise which was suppose to arrive 8-10 days. 32 days later I don’t have it and you can’t talk to anyone to cancel. We still don’t have the mercy. Now we’ve missed the event I ordered these for. Buyer beware.

Caveat Emptor! Because I failed to read the reviews, I have the same exact issue that previous customers listed. All the emails appear automated and no one answers the phone number: 1-888-360-8899. FCC should shut the site down. Do NOT use this company. This company gets NO STARS!
