“ The customer service is horrible. They don't answer the number provided. The tracking service offered is in Chinese. My items were said to be in my town since 3/30/24 but nothing has arrived. They are defensive when you ask questions. I asked for my money back and they said someone will contact me asap. Never happened. I asked which delivery service would be holding the package...no answer. Very sketchy timeline. ”
