My order had nothing added on it (lettering or numbers) and did not have a good chat with the person regarding same. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. P.S. “This is a bad business that gives customers the run around if you dare request a cancellation. They post on their website that they will cancel items but if it’s already in production a $20 stocking fee will be charged. They wasted time with three email replies in total to avoid honoring my cancellation request, even after I said I was fine with paying the $20 stocking fee, then finally had the audacity to say the item shipped so cancellation not possible. My initial email was only 2 business days after the order. Terrible way to do business! I will never shop Fansidea again.”
“I ordered on May 19th and received my order today on June 15th. My son loves his jacket. I had them add extra when they reached out for my design approval they didn’t charge me for the additional patch. Customer service was extremely friendly. They took longer than expected to deliver but when they delivered THEY delivered!!”

“Ordered some team shirts, shipping took forever and the tracking is inaccurate and awful but the shirts were fine. Had a second order for team shorts right behind this one. They finally arrived only to find they put the stitched/embroidered lettering on the FRONT of the shorts. This was not indicated anywhere in the description and I would never have bought shorts with words on the crotch instead of the back like everyone else does. When I asked them to make it right with me, the customer service person told me I should have seen the slit pockets on black shorts in the photo in a tiny photo and that they aren't responsible for not indicating where the embroidery goes in their description. Absolute GARBAGE. $200 for shorts that will never be worn. Do not recommend doing business with them.”
