“Quality of ribbons and craft items in the parcel are very good. Excellent customer service! The original parcel was damaged while in the post I was unsure how much was missing, a quick telephone call to Fantastic Ribbons and a new package was sent straight out. Somewhere in a sorting office are a lot of ribbons and craft items. Outstanding service from a friendly company.”

“The ribbons on spools were packed greatly and missing some ribbons but they gave me the rest of ribbons owing plus a few more which was very good of them too I will certainly buy from them again quick delivery too thanks so much guys”

“I recently ordered a 'Mystery Goody Bag' for £20 which also included delivery. I received an amazing assortment of good quality reels of ribbon and packs of embellishments. Delivery was really quick and communication was excellent. I also love the really useful videos on Fantastic Ribbons website demonstrating different uses for ribbons.”
