“the ribbon I chose at first was not the colour I required. however, I called the supplies and explained what had happened and suggested I sent them a sample of the colour I required which they kindly agreed to. I returned the ribbon with sample and they sent me the colour I required. I call that very good service. Pity more firms are not as obliging. Thank you Fantastic Ribbons”

“Absolutely first class service and value for money. If I were looking for a fault I wouldn't find one. The quality of the products couldn't be faulted I've used other wire ribbon in the past and its ripped in my hand but not the wired ribbon I've purchased from here, not only is it pretty but it's strong enough for creating bows for wreaths. I look forward to ordering more in the future 😀”
