“When you order ‘1’ item of 25m you expect to receive exactly that..... not 5 items of 5m. The same happened with 5 items of my order even down to 1 order of 4.5 meters coming in 5 different rolls of less than 1m each..... not even enough to do anything with yet alone make a decent sized bow! I feel have been mislead by the website, in fact conned by the website. The despatch note is even generated to look like they have supplied 1 item, not several. I will not be buying anything from them again. I am VERY VERY disappointed”
