“Friendly family feel to the company and a good multi-day rental rate. Expect the car to be a Japanese import, so deciphering the sound system is a bit of a mish.”

“Far North Rentals - Ken and Bob presented excellent customer service, from administrative responsibilities to delivering the vehicles for pick up. An amazing people who gave expression of manaakitanga. The vehicles were immaculate, spacious and safe, that gave expression of Kaitiakitanga. Far North Rentals cared for their customers health and safety. Thank you Far North Rentals you are amazing.”

“Pretty good. I didnt get told or read about the drop off key box and waited in queue for awhile. Im someone who doesn't rent car very often so it wasn't on my radar. Maybe mention that the box exists for people.”

“Great service, met us at airport and provided an older type car with plenty of boot space and room for 4 adults. Exactly what we needed and at an excellent price. Will rent another car from Far North Rentals next time we go to Kerikeri.”

“Excellent, super friendly service, lovely car and very clean and well appointed. Easy as collecting from airport and returning. I forgot to refill with petrol again before taking back to airport as was only there a couple days for a funeral. Remembered after I flew home. Didn't seem to be an issue though - they must have dealt with it and charged the small fee to my credit card. Sorry about that Far North Rentals - head wasn't in the game. Would definitely recommend to others to use this car rental service and I will be recommending and using again.”
