I have sent emails, tried to call and no response. I bought the 10 Ribeye special and the ribeyes are tuff and tasteless no matter how I cook them. I bought these several months ago for the family. We still have 5 left. Bad experience and no feedback.

I ordered halibut, lamb and a sirloin tri tip. I received ground beef, bacon and mystery bird meat. No help from the support line. DO NOT BUY FROM THS COMPANY!!!!!!! They will make their mistakes right. They will tell you they will look into it in 24 to 48 hours. Buyer beware!!!! SCAM!!!!!!

Don't order anything from them. I got ribs and there was pure fat on bones with little to no meat, steaks are also horrible

I'm an old man. I grew up on a cattle ranch . We slaughtered our own beef . I'm a beef fan . I've used numerous online beef sites. Until now all were good. I thought I'd try farmfoods . I ordered an array of premium steaks . Today I tried a strip steak. Before cooking it looked like an odd cut . It was a nice thickness with a thick cut of fat on the outside edge . The inside edge did not look like it had been attached to a t-bone. The muscle group did not look right. I cook rare . One muscle balled up. It was tough. Only half could be chewed and swallowed. I think it was badly butchered with little marbling. The meat I could eat did taste good.

FedEx mistakenly said they delivered a package of mostly bacon I informed the company that I had not received the package. I was told to contact FedEx (did and they opened a file) I asked the company for a refund since I don't want old meat and was told that I couldn't get a refund since FedEx said it was delivered. They said they were not able to help and I was on my own to deal with FedEx. These slimeballs could learn alot from their competitors. Never again

First and final purchase from farmfoodsmarket.com Delivery time was great, although they tried to charge a lot more for the same rate at check-out. Ordered 7lbs of ribeye. Total weight is 6lbs 8oz . Thats an entire steak missing. On top of the fact i am pretty sure that if i were to weigh the plastic and paper label it would add up to easily another 8oz. So yea, literally go anywhere else. I eat 90% beef in my diet, and have used 6 sites and 3 stores at this point. This is the worst experience so far.

We ordered top sirloins.1/3 of each is either fat or gristle. We have contacted the company and they say this is normal and what you get is what you get. Don't waste your time or money. It is the worst quality and customer service I have ever had. They advertise as 4-7 oz cuts and they were all 4 at most. Looks like the end pieces you throw away.

We sent this order as a gift and we’re sorely disappointed. The wagyu NY strips were filled with gristle and dry according to our mother. They have not tried the rest yet.

Their customer service was horrible. I placed my first (and only) order with them and the first delivery attempt didn’t go well because FedEx lost my package. 2nd attempt at delivery failed again because FedEx claimed to have delivered my package on Saturday, but actually delivered it to the wrong address one flight up. When I contacted Farmfoods customer service to inquire I was told it was delivered and to contact FedEx (thanks). FedEx explained if I didn’t receive my package within 3 days to contact the shipper (Farmfoods). Needless to say I won’t be doing business again with Farmfoods or FedEx.

Recently, I’ve really been put off of FarmFoods. The other day I bought apples and when I went to go and eat one, they were squishy and mouldy. The thing that shocked me most was that this was the same day I bought them. If the apples are off, what else is? All I know is that I am definitely not shopping there until they fix this problem!!

Please people, save your money, money is too hard to come by these days. Farmfoods in the US is legally stealing our money. I said OUR because I am included. I spent over $300 for trash, I ordered the pork shoulder and it was more fat and bone than meat, the so called filet mignon was hard as rock(not filet mignon in my opinion) and the so called ribeye was not ribeye, hard too, not to mention the pounds and ounces they clearly stated that it was 'between that and that,'completely false, when weighed my kitchen, it was way less. Do not be duped by these people, do not buy!!!

I shop regularly in the Yeovil store. The staff are always very helpful. The butter is great value at 99p. The sunblest bread is only 39p. I used to buy 3 packs of Whiskas cat food pouches for £22 but cannot get any at the moment as they cannot get any. I still go to Farmfoods to stock up on my other things though. Their prices are so much lower, and the staff are always very helpful too.

Meat was terrible! Ribeye looked more like a new york strip. All steaks were not vaccum sealed and all had some freezer burn. I complained and was only told that I could receive a discount on my next order. I ended up throwing all the meat in the trash. Do not throw your money away with Farm Foods.

I can't believe I was taken!!! what a fool I trusted their meat would be quality but nope I was doped!!! chicken wings were so skinny barely any meat! pork chop was dry! and beef stew meat does not look appealing, when I contacted them they were no help at all...they did not care at all that I was not happy!!! I'll stick to Costco or my local venders!!!

Can I clarify that many of the reviews on this website for "farmfoods" seems to refer to a company that uses the dollar as currency and lbs for measurements. UK Farm Foods is a Scottish-based small supermarket-chain that uses £ and kg. UK Farm Foods mostly offer freshly frozen great-value food. Please don't confuse the negative reviews here for the UK Farm Foods stores!

1/4 inch thick "Wagu" steaks. Tasted like liver. 3 for $126. Disgusting. Not Wagu. From New Zealand. That's probably why it tasted terrible.

Bought a 1/4 of a cow and a 1/4 of a pig plus 40 lb of chicken that was supposed to include whole chicken, legs and breasts. What I received was garbage cut meats that were not as advertised and cannot even be eaten. We spent over $2k. This is what you call bad business and highway robbery. Do not buy from them...
