What would this have cost in a restaurant. Roasted for 1 hour at 200 degrees our Rump of beef was literally melt in the mouth. A real centrepiece celebration meal with no real effort. Arrived in the window selected and unwrapped to warm up and air. A slice would have been £30 at least if you were out on a Sunday for lunch. Wagyu is almost as good.

I’d give zero stars if I could went on the website to spend a voucher given as a gift automatically Christmas and nothing is available apart from a wooden spatula

Fantastic meat and service. Order arrived well packaged and chilled, giving complete confidence in it's freshness. I've ordered from Farmison several times and have never been less than delighted with the products. The recipes on the website are also very helpful and easy to follow.

I bought 2 Chateaubriand. On opening I discovered at the bottom of the cardboard box with 4 ice packs on top of them. Not the usual careful packing I’m used to from them. On opening the wrapping from them one was very strong smelling and slightly grey at one end, the other normal. Before cooking I took 1/3 off the greying one. The normal one as I’m calling it cooked beautifully the other cooked but the odd smell remained so decided against eating. I have never had this problem with Farmison before. I was very disappointed that they had no stock online either. I guess it’s to do with them being taken over. However on today’s performance I may not order again. I would be grateful if their customer service would contact me as I tried on receipt of the box earlier but no answer and you are cut off.

I’m sorry to say this as I have always had the highest regard for Farmison and its products. However, no sausage, no bacon, minimal beef products have been available each time I look on the site. I received no acknowledgment of my order and when it eventually arrived the package was open. Not good is it?

Recieved my order today but a third of what i ordered was not in the box. I sent two emails this morning, one of which i added photos to show. I have had no reply or any explanation. I am really disappointed as Farmison have been very proffessional in the past if there has been a problem with an order. i have been a customer with them for quite some time and i hope this issue gets resolved or i shall have to go elsewhere.

Very poor delivery - text stated 09.40 - 13.40 Tues 10th March so rearranged plans to ensure that I was at home during this time, It is now 14.00 and I have to go out. WHERE IS MY ORDER? i am both annoyed and disappointed

before all the problems that farmasons are going through at the moment re take over by new owners I was very impressed by the products I purchased . if farmasons can get back to the previous hgh standards I will again order on a regular basis

Given this as a gift. I wouldn’t normally go to an online butcher instead shop locally. Ordering - The website only had beef products, everything else was out of stock. No problem, I fancied trying some different cuts of steak. Delivery - You have to be in to receive it as it’s chilled. Given a 4 hour window. Not ideal. Products - only received half the order. The rest missing. Result - not eaten anything yet but already having to go shopping for something else for dinner. Recommendation - Find a decent local butcher instead. Better prices, ranges and service.

Ordered twice now since takeover. First time in early December the delivery didn't arrive until the day after it should have. The second time there were items missing. This isn't an issue in itself - stock shortages happen to every company. The reason for the 1 star is that I found this out when opening the box up. I would expect Farmison to have let me know that all items weren't available (especially as the delivery note says a quantity of 0 was delivered??). However it was incumbent upon me to phone for a refund. I have been left with the impression that they would happily take my money despite not providing the goods paid for. I have really enjoyed using them in the past, but customer service has deteriorated drastically since the takeover. I sadly won't be using again.

Quality of the produce is great, but since the company was bought in late 2025 the service has gone down hill. Items missing from orders, multiple payments taken for single orders, no response to their WhatsApp support or email channels. Disappointing as it was run so well previously, but now is so inconsistent.

Since the takeover things have gone down hill. Products are often out of stock and the range and quality of the meat seems less good. The new website appears to have resulted in me being sent a duplicate of my last order and has lost the Farmison identity. All a real shame. I was a big fan but not now.

Had to make an impression as I was cooking for 12 adults , the rolled leg of lamb was delicious as was the Aberdeen Angus rib of beef couldn’t fault anything from the delivery to the plate

The chateaubriand was delicious - we’ve had it twice now and would absolutely buy again. It was well packaged and being able to choice a delivery date was ideal. I had to contact customer services as the order was incomplete - although they addressed it quickly when I spoke to someone on the phone, I never received a response to my email and it was disappointing that I had not received notification in advance that an item I had paid for was out of stock and would not be sent.

The quality of the product on offer is exceptional. The experience of shopping is easy and fun. The delivery was as expected and the food was well packed. I really appreciate the whole package offered and will keep shopping with Farmisons... oh and the beef was of the scale lovely.

This order was placed with a view to the joint being the centre point of a family lunch. I was confident that it would be delivered on the requested day as all previous orders had. After the time slot FedEx had given had passed I received an email to say they were sorry to have missed me, they had been nowhere near my house (security cameras record all arrivals and departures) and my order would be delivered 72 hours later. I told them not to bother but they did anyway and I was left a parcel of rancid meat. Contact with Farminsons gave rise to an email saying they would be in touch. This happened 72 hours later. I got my money back but was very dissatisfied with the slowness of response and having to go out to find replacements at the very last minute
