“We made a special journey specifically to visit F&B as we were undecided on paint colours. We were discussing options when a very rude assistant approached us. She didn’t discuss or advise just took away the samples we were still discussing and waited at the till with match pots. It wasn’t late or busy but we felt very unvalued as customers. A very unpleasant experience I would not want to repeat.”

When I asked for information about new colours she actually walked away from me whilst I was still talking to her. Amazed the store is still open if this is the level of service customers receive.”
