“Having visited the store on a number of occasions in the last few months I have experienced varying levels of customer service. Two of the staff members I have dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. However, one particular assistant has been repeatedly downright rude both to myself and other customers in the store. On my last visit she wasn’t wearing a face mask. Absolutely no excuse for bad manners.”
“I love Farrow and Ball products and this store is lovely. The colours of paint I had in mind were dismissed by the rather condescending assistant who made the whole process complicated I purchased a paint colour that she suggested and thank goodness it was only a paint pot because the colour was completely wrong. I will trust my own judgement next time.”
