“SCAM!!!! Ordered shoes nearly 3 months ago haven’t received them yet. What is really disappointing is that this is the first time ever ordered on line because I have been very worried about ordering on line.”

“I ordered shoes from Fashion World in March 2023. It is now the end of May 2023 and it still says on my account that the shoes have not been shipped. I emailed them to ask if they would send me a refund and cancel my order but I haven't heard anything back! Very aggravating and disappointing experience!”

“FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER!! DO NOT ORDER!! DO NOT ORDER!! DO NOT ORDER!! DO NOT ORDER!! Thought I found a good teal with ordering 2 pair of shoes, but after 1 month I received no update on the shipping of my order. Now 3 emails, each with no response, I believe I’ve been taken. Wish I read reviews before ordering. Learned my lesson.”

“No merchandise. No contact from customer service after several emails and now the store is “closed temporarily “ so I can’t even check on my order. After reading other reviews I’m sure I got ripped off. I am disputing the purchase with my credit card company. If I could give a zero I would!!”

“i placed a order on october 29th 2022. i got 7 pair of shoes. for $60. i’ve emailed them 3 or 4 times since. still absolutely nothing. no word. nothing. today has been 5 months since. i’m deeply saddened because i was really looking forward to these shoes. and because i’m out $60.”

“So I ordered some clothes for my mom a while back in early Decemeber and I have not recieved any of the clothes we order. I have requested an update for where the order is and got no response. I would not order from these folks at all.”

“I ordered clothing from Fashion World since November29th 2022 and it still hasn’t been sent to me and we are already in February 24th 2023. They didn’t say the order was going to take months to be sent other wise I wouldn’t have ordered from them. My daughter also ordered from them and she hasn’t received anything either. So I want a refund back for the things I haven’t got and ordered from your company which I am pretty sure I won’t be getting back . My advice to anyone who want’s to order from them don’t do it and save your money instead of losing it on ordering things your not going to receive. To me this site is a fraud and is out there to take your money if it wasn’t I would have received what I ordered and got responses back when I reached out to them about my order. Instead I got nothing from them. Save your money don’t lose it to sites that are taking customers money. I will let my family and friends know not to order anything from you and to spread the word out to people they know. I hope everyone reads this so they won’t make the same mistake I did .”

“Fashion world used to be to great but now they are dreadful .I hate them what they have put me through this past month between lost orders ,wrong items sent and now them saying they have not recieved my monthly payment i cannot wait to finish paying this dreadful company and i will never shop or advise any one to shop with them in the future 😫. Horrid customer services advisers who have no morals or respect They need to learn some manners”

“Ive been a loyal and true customer to this company for a very long time i have never had any issues ive always paid on time and paid extra on my account but the last 2 orders i have placed both have had issues and on phoning the company the customer service was dreadful so ive made my decision now to just not order anything more and keep paying my monthly payment and finish with this dreadful horrible company .The advisers need to be retrained and also learn some respect and manners towards there customers .There loss not mine so sad that it has come to this as i have always rated Fashion world as a good loyal company but my last 2 orders have been awful and customer service advisers have made me feel highly stressed and very upset with no help or support 😢”

“Bad customer service Mall of the North I was not allowed to shop because staff was mopping the floor. Dikeledi told me not to step on her wet floor which I did not even saw a sign for. Staff talking to each other in their own language i could not understand bussy chewing gum worst shopping experience ever in your Mall of the north branch Polokwane where I used to be shopping”

“Placed an order in Dec22 still not received Jan 23, requested refund Fashion World said the package was damaged on Evri website so would refund, still not received the refund so requested again today 040223, let's hope it arrives otherwise I will be taking further action!”
