“I paid for the service 3 times by mistake and have not been reimbursed for 2, I am willing to pay for 1 service, not 3. I subscribed February 1 and still have not seen a refund.”

“The installation instructions were extremely poor. I had to email and live chat for information on how to install the software. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed. I guess this is the reason that the software was less expensive. I eventually figured it out on my own. Trial and error!”

“Emailed them and never gotten a response. I ordered the Microsoft 2016 for Mac one user but can’t use all the functions, my excel keeps on crashing and I keep getting a pop up that ask for a password/key which was supposedly pre installed in the package.”

“My Microsoft package will NOT download as I have an HP Chrome Book and no where did it state this was not compatible with my laptop. I want my money back.”

“I am having loads of issues with the software sometimes does not load up or i open it and it freezes. the outlook on the emails takes an age to load then freezes or does not start up. feel very disappointed”

“I bought one of their products and then my computer broke. I paid £25 for something I only had use of for a few months. I sent Fast Software an email asking if I could reinstall Office 16 on my new computer and was totally ignored, would I buy anything else from them? Probably not, nothing wrong with the product but the after sales service is not good.”

“Not as advertised. Not a 64bit download. Just a 32 bit like all the rest. Took a long time and several web sites to get it to work and I am not sure my copy is now legal.”
