Not a question. Just a statement. Stay far away from this company. I downloaded the app, never set it up or used it. $250 some odd dollars later, I asked for a refund, was completely ignored about a refund. Instead of charging the $20 dollars per month they charged $31. Sadly enough all of the reviews look the same.
