Today, I had a further query around time-scales to suit my event requirement and spoke to 'Bethan' who was just as friendly and helpful.
Too often is the personal touch forgotten/eradicated from modern day business transactions.
Although my order was relatively insignificant in value, the service I received during both call's was first rate and for that reason, I will be a repeat customer and will happily recommend to others.

“I print all of my labels with fast labels. I have had only one issue which was resolved immediately to my complete satisfaction with assistance by Megan. I will continue to send printing orders exclusively to fast labels as they have been very patient accommodating supportive and speedy either orders also customer care. I recommend fast labels to anyone not sure of the quality and high standards if searching for a company to print all of your printing requirements. I have had the roughest time with companies since 2019 and fast labels is not one of them. Master class.”
