My experience with ParcelConnect has been dreadful from start to finish. The website is barely usable: • I couldn’t create an account without errors. • Password resets never reached my inbox. • When I finally managed to sign up, the system rejected every address I entered with the vague message “Please use some other address.” • The order confirmation email linked to a non-existent tracking page (404 error). • Even on the real tracking page, my label ID wasn’t recognised. Customer support was no better. It took more than 48 hours to hear back, only after I chased through a Fastway rep. My parcel, due for collection the next day, wasn’t picked up at all. Two days later, support admitted, “ParcelConnect never passed this collection over to us.” They said it would be five days after the scheduled date before it could be collected. I had no confidence it would ever be delivered, so I booked a same-day service with Captain Courier instead. Within ten minutes my order was confirmed, the courier arrived in under an hour, and the parcel was delivered within two. Night and day compared to ParcelConnect. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund I was told that despite emailing support@parcelconnect, the person replying actually worked for Fastway, not ParcelConnect, and couldn’t help me. They directed me back to ParcelConnect—who have no other contact details listed. Finally, I was told my refund would take up to four weeks. You took my money instantly but expect me to wait a month for it back? Unacceptable. This has been the single worst delivery experience I’ve ever had: broken systems, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid ParcelConnect and use a competitor instead.

Awful Delivery Experience with Fastway I paid for day after delivery from this company for a parcel that was sent out from a location about 50k from my house. The representative/driver left a note on their tracking system to say that he called to the house at a certain time and tried to contact me by phone. These are lies as I was in the house all-day and there was no call logged from this person. I also could see from their system that this person was in my locale but had left for his base at the time he said he called to the house. It is now three days ago, I cannot even get a response from the company even though I emailed them many times.

I have called your disgrace of a courier after he wrote me a text at 7 am in the morning, responding to him at 9 am without any response coming after that. He told me that he is able to deliver only early in the morning. I've told him that he is doing a paid service, not a favor to me, so he should deliver at any time after 9 am which is convenient for me. He started talking rude that I can reach out to the shop where I made my order or collect it at Little Island if I'm not happy, and then hang up, then he stopped picking up my calls. No email or phone on the website either. This is absolutely inappropriate behavior from a courier. He must face disciplinary action for such arrogance. I'm not able to adjust my life to some whimsy capricious courier with a Strong and Independent personality because it's more convenient FOR HIM to deliver packages at 7 am in the morning.

Had to call down to the depot in Little island, County Cork. For a parcel that was delivered but not left at the door as no one was there to accept delivery. Ten days later and three visits later we have not received the parcel as they have lost the item. We have listened to excuses, lies,and no answers as to where our parcel is. Maybe they should be called. Slow way. Wait way. Lost way. Excuse way. No way delivery.

I had an issue with fastway previously where a courier kept my parcel for themselves, but now they state that my latest delivery address was incorrect, never mind the fact that I picked 1 of their own drop off points and after 1 "failed delivery" with no contact or notification they've returned my delivery, can't contact them myself

Fastway is absolutely terrible. It has been over a week and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are completely ignored. The customer service is non-existent and the lack of communication is unacceptable. This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend Fastway to anyone.

I was home all day waiting for my package, nobody called. Then I get an email at 11:30pm from the website I ordered from, because Fastway didn’t bother to ring or tell me, that they had called and nobody answered. No email, no phone call, no word, nothing. I was here all day with a reactive dog who definitely wouldn’t miss a stranger on the step, quiet all day. And even if I had somehow missed them, they didn’t leave it on the step or around the side or under my car or even toss it over my side gate. NOTHING. Not even a text. Their website says to call the number in my “Welcome Email”. I did not receive a welcome email. I now have to email support, locate the depot warehouse and contact them and just try to find anyone that can tell me what to do. A lot of hassle all because they didn’t even bother coming. I’ve heard horror stories from others about Fastway but I had never dealt with them before this… never had postal problems before this either.

If giving Fastway zero stars for their service was an option that’s what I’d have picked. I knew they were poor at best based on previous deliveries with them but I recently ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. The next day came and I got an email from Fastway to say my purchase had been delivered when it most certainly had not been delivered. A brutal customer service system is all they have for trying to contact them with queries. No phone numbers work, just a form to fill in and no one gets back to your query. The seller managed to contact them and after a few days of trying to locate my parcel, it was noted as delivered by the driver but no signature included on the delivery and then they came back with a final response to say the parcel was ‘lost’. Pathetic company with a terrible delivery service.

Stay as far away from Fastway as you can. I ordered something online and unfortunatley, they used Fastway to deliver. I came from Wicklow on a Monday and on Friday it was still saying it was mis-sorted in the depot. I live 10 minutes from their depot but they don't allow customers to call and collect. I had to get on to the seller and ask them to chase it up. It was finally delivered 5 days after it reached Cork. This is the 4th package that has been mislaid/went missing with FW in the last few years, one was a laptop. If ordering online, ask the seller what courier they use first and if it's Fastway, run!!!

Would give -5 stars if i could,ordered package last weekend,3 days in a row now it's "scheduled for evening delivery" unfortunately I bought from a company that deals with fastway,not the first time I've been unfortunate enough to have the fastway experience.good god they are incompetent.between throwing packages on the edge of the road barely inside the driveway to claiming the package was delivered when it clearly was not to losing said package altogether. They are the absolute worst.i have informed the company i bought from that I will not be buying there again if they continue to use fastway.my friends and family are the same. Give it up fastway,ye are awful. NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!!

My parcel is sitting in fastway warehouse for 16 days. It seems the reason you cannot contact Fastway customer service is that they have switched it off due to being swamped with complaints. LY0005474241

The fact that they can't even provide the service that they advertise to do is incomprehensible. The worst customer and courier service I have ever experienced. Companies should be forced to advertise who they use as a courier prior to payment so I can avoid

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. My parcel was marked “out for delivery” over a week ago, and I only just received an email saying they’re “short on drivers” — with no delivery date in sight. The parcel’s been sitting in a depot doing absolutely nothing, and there’s no attempt to resolve the situation or offer alternatives. Communication is minimal, and when they do reply, it’s vague and unhelpful. This is unacceptable for any courier service, let alone one trusted by major retailers. If you value your time (and your sanity), avoid Fastway at all costs.

Fastway lie about their delivery timeframe. I paid for express delivery(1-2 working days) however it has taken 5+ working days to even get word of my package. I tried contacting customer service but they are utterly useless. Emailed at 10AM and told my query would be dealt with ASAP however it was 3 days until I received a response. My parcel didn’t come in time and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and care they offer for their customers.
