“top service , i had a bulky item delivered, i was outside the premises and the very friendly driver asked me where would i like the item to be left after letting him no he willingly placed the item at where i said , he was masked ,”

“Courier driver stopps at my door, but delivered parcel to next door neighbour.This has happened twice now,despite we are the only people in the street with the name on the doorbell. !!!”

“Fastway delivery drivers are mainly Eastern Europeans and they’re horrible - no manners & very poor customer service. Fastway Ireland must retrain their delivery drivers in order to stay in business”

“Fast Way, rather change your name to Slow Way. My parcel was send out yesterday 8:15 for delivery, did not received it yet, and no one answer a phone. This is very bad service.”

“Just watched a fastways courier make a delivery of bike parts to my house. He opened the door of the van and threw the package in the general direction of the door and drove off, was gone before I got outside to challenge him. The absolute worst company with the rudest most incompetent drivers I have ever dealt with”

“They picked up my parcel on the 8th June. 10 days later it still hasn't arrived. It has been in the hub since the 10th. Emailed and 2 separate people say they'll check and get back to me. Still waiting for an answer. No reply when I used website contact. An absolute f-ing joke and zero customer service. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews before booking them”

“Worst delivery service. I had to email them to ask when my parcel would be delivered - to be told it's already been delivered. It hadn't been. They said it was left at my door - it wasn't. Told me to check all the places it could be - wasn't there nor had any neighbours seen it. Sent out a driver to check my property and did this without authorisation. Driver found the package of my parcel in my bin apparently but as I wasn't in at the time he wouldn't send a pic of this and removed it from my bin (apparently). So they have said "you have the parcel case closed" . I don't have the parcel and asked for photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered and the packaging - neither of which they will send me, rather "The driver has photographic evidence of this for the sender when they get in touch. No further communication will be had between Fastway & you, we will handle this with the sender." Absolutely appalling service.”

“I don't think this is okay: Gentlemen, We would like to inform you that a consignment placed in our company (couriers on the highway) by a Red Cross officer here in Afghanistan is currently under security control in Turkey. Turkish customs office. As a company, we have done everything in our power to process the consignment from the Turkish customs office with all relevant documents. However, the Turkish customs office charges a fee of EUR 16 750 (EUR). NOTE: We want you to pay the above commitment as soon as possible so that you (highway couriers) can deliver the shipment as expected. Here is your tracking link and code so you can track your package as well as your payment confirmation.”

“Lost a rug from well respected company who has to replace it free of charge. I also paid for a parcel to be collected they took the money from my account but never showed up to collect it. Impossible to contact them!!!!”

“This really is the worst delivery service in the known universe and should be shut down, they are not for purpose. Drivers seem to go out of their way to not get your package to you. I've been texted 2 days in a row saying my package will be delivered, still no package. First day they text asking for personal info, I ask them to confirm they are fastway, (with all the scams going around) I get a text back saying "call the office", ahhh what office?? Where?? There are no numbers listed to call anyone!!! no response and it just goes back to depot. I second day I get a text saying my package will be delivered, no package,no response after that. I see on.the tracking info it says delivery was attempted on the 22nd of May (6 days ago) and a card was left, which is complete lies. No card. No one called I was at home all day. Now its friday and I presume ill have to wait until monday to try and chase them down all over again for my package Worst delivery service ever!!!!”

“Absolute joke of a company Parcel was picked up by fastway on 20/04/21 and give a tracking number, and estimated to arrive in 48 hours,,,,,THAT was 5 weeks ago!!! Turned out to have the wrong aircode,but they had my email, address and phone number, contacted them by email 4time,get the same reply as everyone else "we'll get back to you" still no package,,, contacted sell who was just as bad and refused to give a refund,just checked tracking number again,said delivered 3 days ago,but they don't know where,,, Save yourself the hassle,pay the extra€1 and go through a reliable source... ,so after 6week,I get a reply,see below."send us your tracking number and we'll look into it,,, you've been looking into it for a month ....so what's your answer now ??”

“Delivery driver had a bad case of manstuation very abrupt and rude when I complained I was told my parcel would not be delivered I’d have to collect it at the depot sixty miles away. I’ll be reconsidering my online delivery’s if Fastway is the courier service.”

“Fastway couriers are consistently poor on delivery. Packages arrive battered, and always late. I always put an eircode on any order, yet their driver calls and tells you they don't have an eircode so that the delivery is going back. Today I got a message and returned the call within 1 min. I gave the driver my eircode and told him it was a birthday present for my 10 year old, which she has. Been waiting on every day, Only to be told that the package is going back to depot as he is more than 15 mins drive away and was already in the area earlier, yet he had only just phoned 1 min earlier. . Grrr. They are the worst.”

“17/05/21 One star too good! Such a shockingly bad courier service. Driver never delivered my package from Zara despite me being in all day! Hmmm,, where did my package disappear to!! No explanation given though numerous attempts made in chat/email option as one can't call them! Waiting for Danny Hughes CEO to get back to me. Will post update here!”

“Fastway are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They have no phone numbers listed and Im guessing that's so they wouldn't be in the phone all day listening to people complain about their bad service. I live on the border of two counties and my parcel always takes 2 weeks sometimes more to be delivered from Dublin. Its not like its coming from Europe. ( My parcels from the UK via An Post take 2 days.) They a misdirected at least 4 times every order, sometimes lost ir sent back to the supplier. The supplier's call to try sort the problem out with Fastway but THEY don't even get joy. We've added notes on the parcel but clearly no one can read at Fastway. I've sent message on their webpage but still no joy. I've asked for a call so we can resolve the issue but I'm ignored. Very bad customer service. I want to cry when I need to order and Fastway are the courier company.”

“Appalling Service. No waybod contacting them. Parcels are not delivered. Its a complete joke how they can get away with it. Inwill not be ordering from the companies that use this courier service as it cant be trusted”
