Impossible to contact customer services

This is my third order this year using Fastway, and the third time they have messed up the delivery. First time they notified me the item had been delivered. I was at home and it had not been delivered. I emailed customer services who sent me a photo of the item sitting outside somebody else's house. No apology. Second delivery they didn't even bother getting out of the van. Again, I was at home, happened to look out the window and saw a Fastway van driving past. Shortly after that I received an 'attempted delivery' message. Yesterday my daughter was home all day waiting for her school books. Again 'attempted delivery' notification, with the notable absence of any attempt to deliver. Today, my daughter said to me "mum, there's a Fastway van outside. He had a parcel in his hand and he looked left and right and got back into the van". I bolted outside and had to run beside the van as he was driving off. I asked him if he had a delivery for #23 and he said "yeah" so I asked him "can I have it please"? Begrudgingly he obliged. Unbelievable!! Drivers and customer care are lazy and incompetent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They said my parcel was signed for and delivered and thats a lie. I am done with this company

Fastest said they delivered package but I was home & they didn’t deliver at all..so they basically stole my package! I will never use this company again..I wish I could leave 0 stars

Just the pits when it comes to delivering. Leaves stuff everywhere and say nothing. In puddles. Over the fence and say nothing so you go for days wondering where your stuff is. Shocking carry on from Fartway couriers ( shut down the parody X account cause it told the truth, Google it). I'd sware they look for the worst candidates possible to work for them. It's been this way for years. Unreal how they are still trading. We have stopped from ordering things when we know Fartway will be delivering. You just can't rely on them.

tracking number: 6F4000192331 FASTWAY lost my package. The package was addressed to an OOHPOD address and marked delivered but I never received a notification from OOHPOD about a delivery and they confirmed it was never received (attached) I contacted FASTWAY through their online support which states a 24 hour response timeline yet it’s been 1 week without human acknowledgment of my issue. I have resorted to going through every possible avenue to ensure their staff and CEO are aware of this issue.

Package not delivered more than 3 weeks, contacted the customer support - worst customer ever. So they made a full circle of a disaster service Avoid at any cost Would give a zero review if there was an option

Avoid! Useless company. Spent 6 euro for delivery and the parcel never came. It stated that I rejected that parcel and it was sent back to the sender, who also never received it back. Won’t be using again!

This crowd are the worst service or more like lack of service they shouldn't be allowed to handle people's property wit their fake delivery attempts and just downright rotten useless service I will not use any company who used these fools anymore

Dreadful service. Parcel collected 3 days after agreed date. No way of contacting anyone. Support actions do not work. Track number allocated did not work. Do not use this service

I wouldn’t leave any star rating from this company. I ordered my runners from ASOS and last Wednesday I got an email say my parcel arrived so I went down stairs but my parcel was gone. The driver didn’t call me or ring my doorbell. He got in the building from someone who live in the same building. So I walked over to the other blocks incase he left it there and ask ppl if anyone see it but obviously no one will admit they took my parcel. I contacted Fastway straight away and they refused to help me and say if the driver leave it there then nothing they can do. The driver rang me the next day and he said he left it in safety mailbox but we don’t have it here and he said it’s not his job to call me to ask if I’m home or not. He just assume ppl will be home. I lost my parcel and I can’t claim my money back. ASOS close my account under fraudulent. I hope this company will shut down very soon. They need to interview and hire some professional to work as a driver as we trust you to hand over our stuff.

The parcel I was supposed to receive a week ago has still not been delivered, I am waiting at home every day, there is no e-mail address or phone number where I can reach customer service, there is no return when I try to communicate via the application, a disgraceful company.

An old address defaulted for the shipping address by mistake and when the parcel was sent out I contacted FW 3 times by email to change the address and nobody came back to me at any stage Brutal customer care

If I could give a 0 I would have. Still can not contact them by phone. They said they tried to make delivery several time each time I was in my apartment and nobody came to deliver. After numerous times trying to email and send messages to the customer service ( if there is such a thing) not 1 reply. This company should not be in business. Absolutely shameless company should close.

I ordered something from a company in co. cork. I received email updates that the parcel had been collected, and then that the parcel would be delivered. This morning my parcel had been thrown over the gate. No one rang the doorbell. They are fortunate nothing breakable was in it. Absolutely appalling service. Why anyone would use this company tp deliver precious cargo is beyond me.

They didn’t deliver my package to my address and I emailed multiple times and still have heard nothing the service is absolutely shocking and would put me off anything that uses Fastway couriers
