“Absolutely terrible service. No possible way to speak to customer care. Parcel nowhere to be found on my property or with neighbours or even at a local shop! I called them all and searched everywhere. No response aside from tracking says it’s delivered and signed. Worst courier service I have ever experienced.”

“I waited at home all day expecting my delivery but again fastway delivery left my parcel somewhere else, didn’t make any attempt to contact me nor did they even bother to tell me where they had left it. The tracker states that a signature was obtained, but I have no idea who that was because I live alone and it certainly wasn’t me. This is not the first time either. No customer service either, there should be regulation on this industry. They are shocking.this all occurred on the 31/03 and as of 04/04 and after following up twice with their online query submission I am being ignored”

“The worst courier service I have ever used. They have repeatedly said they are attempting to deliver my parcel, yet they haven't arrived at my house once. They then said they are having difficulty finding the address (I have provided further instructions of how to reach) - they have made no contact when trying supposedly having difficulty finding the address, despite saying the would. They then said they have had issues with their van, just making excuses. The parcel has been out for delivery every day for the past week and they have yet to make contact with me to try and resolve. I have been in contact with their customer service and they keep saying it is out for delivery and no issues have been reported by the driver. The service is just abysmal. Will never use again.”

“If you are a courier company, you have one job… to deliver. These guys not only don’t deliver, they forge your signature and don’t have a helpline to contact them on. They send you an email and pass the blame onto the supplier. 5 out of 6 times I’ve had the misfortune of this shower, I’ve had no delivery.”

“I would leave a minus rating if I could. In my experience this company are careless, chaotic, shoddy and mendacious. They say they've delivered when they haven't. Then they lie again and again and hide behind pseudo-customer care. They are inaccessible and deliberately slippery. I cannot understand why any legitimate company would use this courier. Pure horror and no comeback at all. AVOID”

“Why do I have to give them 1 star?? This is the worst courier company in Ireland. Has anyone seen how bad their Google reviews are? Rating of 1.5 from over 2000 reviews...shocking. Somehow they appear to have locked Google reviews so you're unable to review them there, I didn't even know that was possible. When I tried to track my parcel there was a list of their errors and where my parcel had been and then it said returned to sender. Never any attempt to contact me. I used their chat button onsite but apparently no one bothers to monitor their whatsapp account and there's literally no other way to contact them. Oh...unless you count their phone number where there's a recorded message referring you to contact them via their website! So yeah, my son didn't get his birthday present. Thanks Fastway...nice one.”

“Awful service. Unreliable, and the support team shrugs you and tell you to wait one more day without giving any clear updates, information or clarity on the process. Would not recommend, and I'll avoid purchasing goods if the companies use fastway as the courier”

“The worst courier company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with, driver marked my parcel as delivered when it wasn't, after a week of emails trying to locate it eventually it was found in a grey bin at another premises nowhere near my postal address, absolutely appauling customer service, no cares given if you get your parcel or not will never buy of beauty bay again just so I never have to deal with this courier company again!! please take my advice DO NOT USE!!!”

“I am having ongoing issues with Fastway and struggling to get them resolved. I have an outstanding package from early December 2022 that has just not arrived. Called to Hawkes Bay twice to follow up and nobody seems to know anything. I was initially told they tried to deliver it but couldn't and later told that it never went out for delivery as there was no phone number attached (I buy online all the time and never had this issue before). The online customer service has gone dead, despite numerous emails requesting updates. This week again I have had the pleasure of not having a package delivered on time. I have been assured it was out for delivery on Wednesday (it's now Friday and no sign). Is there a way I can OPT OUT of dealing with them , or choose another courier? This company should not be in business and the service provided is shockingly bad. If the only way to assure you get your package is by calling daily to the warehouse (30 mins drive from my home) what is the actual point in ordering online? No phone line makes it all the more frustrating trying to resolve the inevitable issues.”

“Unbelievable service.. Tracking said my parcel is had been delivered but it clearly hasn't. Its unfortunate that Asos use them as it definitely puts you off ordering from them because of how awful their courier service is. 😡😡, no stars should be a. a option.”

“Disgusted with the service in the last 6 weeks.Parcels put in my garden at front gate late at night.Porch door left open so parcels can be put inside.Parcels left at other houses leaving me to walk my estate looking for it.I have informed companies I am buying from that this is happening.So Fastway watch out , you could see your business losing a lot of business.”

“Fastway have lost 3 of my parcels coming from different companies in the last Fortnite alone I’m currently chasing refunds. I know they may be busier than usual but this is questionable and I would deem it unsafe having anything couriered by fastway again.”

“I don’t even want to leave a star! I ordered my parcel it said delivered and signature obtained but nobody had signed for it in my house! So I asked my neighbours no sign! My box had been delivered to the field beside my house in the snow , inside the box was a canvas print I had ordered which cost me 50 euro! My order was destroyed as it had been frosty rained and snow! It’s an absolute disgrace and no signature was taken because it was a field it was delivered to absolute disgrace!!!!!”
