“I bought 4 items from Fat Face and when I washed the trousers the leather label leaked so I returned to a store with them. I was given a replacement pair with no hassle. The shop assistant was polite, helpful and efficient. Overall a great experience.”

“Staff are very friendly and always happy to help and put an outfit together. It got very busy as I was queuing to pay, 2 staff members immediately opened another check out. Very efficient and clothes are always of a very good quality.”

“They make well designed quality clothes and the shops are always pleasant places to shop. A little top end price wise but I've never been disappointed with any of their products and have had favourable comments on my latest hoodie”
