Ordered online from Fat Face and was impressed with paper bag style packaging - simple, no plastic and no excess. Stores also take your old clothes/shoes and recycle. Good stuff, FF! #eviewreview

I do love FF clothes but unfortunately size 18 and 20 don’t ever seem to be available, so unfortunately I have to shop elsewhere.

Bought a £200 pound coat and the zip started to split after one season's wear (one winter). I contacted Fatface and they said there was nothing they would do as it was after 6 months of purchase. Effectively Fatface are happy to sell products that will break after 6 months. I will never shop there again. Disgusting customer service and substandard products.

Interesting reading the below reviews. One word stands out - archaic. Any ‘modern’ on-line company works on replacements and/or refunds. I simply returned 2 shirts which were too tight and simply requested they were replaced with 2 ‘large’ size. Waited in vain until I was informed a refund had been authorised. When I rang and asked why I was told ‘not their policy’ to replace and to order again. Really? Don’t think so. If they can’t be assed to just put 2 shirts in the post as requested then they obviously don’t need the business. No new shirts for me to take on holiday and £75 lost for Fatface. Won’t bother again

The clothing is rather overpriced but I love their summer clothes. Winter clothing can be a bit on the drab side.

Exactly what the reviewer below says. Ordered items that never arrived and have never been able to get through to customer services to ask why - either by phone (they said they would ring me back but they didn’t) or by email (not replied). Presume items are out of stock but it would be really nice if someone could have informed me. Seems there are two factors in play here here a) problem with stock control and b) shocking customer services and non existent communication. Don’t think I’ll be bothering with them again.

A couple of times recently I’ve placed an online order for something that was in stock, yet nothing turns up. I’ve enquired and been told that they were then out of stock and they’ve refunded me. However, I feel I shouldn’t have to chase it up, their communication is terrible. Yet again I ordered three things in their sale, 5 items in stock for one, the other two just said “in stock” so assume they have many of them, but nothing has turned up. The online system just says “pending” and all the items are now out of stock. I emailed and received an automated reply saying they’ll get back to me in 3 days. But they haven’t. They used to have good customer service. What’s happened? Will avoid in future.

I have a pure cotton top which I bought from FatFace a few years ago. Not long after purchasing it, the top developed little holes here and there. I think the cotton is very poor quality. I still have it and really love it, and I am still mending the holes of which now there are many. Fortunately it is a busy floral pattern which dusguises the mends. It has discouraged me from purchasing anything else from FatFace.

5 weeks awaiting for my delivery...tired of emailing some poor customer service staff member who has no control or responsibility for online lack of of service. Would quite like my money back now.....

Truly execrable customer service..... 1. My daughter gave my husband a Fatface top for his birthday 2. It was too small 3. I rang Fatface, talked to someone called Kirsty Anderson, and asked whether I could exchange it over the phone, or whether I would have to go in store. 4. She said I could place an order with her for a different top, pay for it with my own card, and return the unwanted present with the gift receipt for a refund on my card. She sent me a returns label. 5. All done accordingly, new top ordered, unwanted pressie returned including gift receipt, and letter explaining everything. 6. Checked tracking and returned pressie was received by Fatface 7. Nothing happened. 8. Sent email enquiring what was happening. Received response saying I would hear something within 3 days. 9. Nothing happened. 10. Sent another enquiry email. Received response saying I would hear something within 3 days. 11. Nothing happened. 12. Finally rang up today, to be told that Kirsty Anderson had given me the wrong information, and that the refund would have been done to the original card, i.e. my daughter's. No apology. 13. No apology either for not responding to either email. 14. Textbook utter rubbish Customer Service on all counts. 15. Note to self: NEVER buy anything from Fatface.
