“Please address your online shopping function. It is completely archaic, frustrating, dysfunctional, misleading and lacking in transparency. The only efficient aspect of this function is its ability to take your order and money and then leave you in limbo. Really smacks of arrogance Fatface!”

“Online shopping is a very unacceptable experience. An eight day delay to dispatch whilst readily accepting my payment and order feels supremely arrogant and deceptive. This should have been transparent at the point of ordering. Top this off with no communication to alert me of a tardy online service. You have consistent bad reviews of online provision, please learn from this or stop providing.”

“I like your store and product selections very much, however your pricing policy is deceptive and I won't be back. The price tag for items, by way of one example, has the US price bottom right corner small print $87, then British pounds center bold larger print $52, and then Euros bottom left smaller print, leading the consumer to think the $52 center bold larger type print is a sale price. After I got home and realized that for 4 items that I thought I buying for approximately $85 total, I paid US $137. Upon return to the store to complain that I was charged full price rather than sale price, I learned the pricing policy and was also told this is a common complaint and mistake by customers who miss the very tiny symbol indicating that the center price is UK currency rather than a sale price. THIS PRICING POLICY IS DECEPTIVE.”

“I left my glasses in their shop at north terminal Gatwick on my way to Paris, they kept them for me for a week and one of their staff met me in the terminal to hand them over to me, I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.”

“I really wanted to like this store, but their US/UK customer service made it impossible. I bought a couple dresses from the company at a store in the US, and ordered a sweatshirt online, but then realized that neither of these items really fit very well. I called the company, who sent me a return receipt, and instructed me to mail all the items in. A month later, when I still hadn't received a refund, I began calling and emailing the store - every time, not getting a straight answer, and getting passed off to someone else in both the US and UK offices. Finally, after at least ten emails and at least ten phone calls, and three broken promises throughout that I would be receiving all the money within 48 hours, I found someone who said they were able to refund the money (but not with the sales tax). I still haven't received the money, and after reading these other reviews, I begin to worry I never may. I really wanted to like this company, but after this innumerable process of having to schedule a recurring time every week in my calendar to call the company and get a refund, I cannot bring myself to order from this company again.”
