“I had never really looked at the clothes in FatFace before as I thought they really were only for younger people than me , how wrong ! I have found some great styles that suit me { and my pocket}, good quality , and comfortable .”

“FatFace is my go-to shop for smart/casual wear. As I am a mature lady I want to wear clothes that are reasonably fashionable but still suit my age. Fatface usually fits the bill. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

“Purchased a set of pyjamas as a gift on Saturday 30 September 2017 from West Quay branch in Southampton. Later realised we needed to change the top as had picked up the wrong size. Decided to pop in to the Whiteley branch on Sunday morning as closer to home where they changed the top without even questioning the reason. Service was also with a smile. Fantastic. Thank you.”

“Clothes are always excellent quality & very stylish. They are also extremely hard wearing & don't seem to fade or go bobble after washing. I am really impressed with the level of customer service in store. I have visited a no of different stores recently & have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and always happy. Makes for an even better shopping experience!”
