“I ordered a package on 18.09.2024, which is still "in transit" as of 03.01.2025. Initially, customer service responded, asking me to check with my local post office. However, the post office informed me that only the sender can request a tracking investigation. I relayed this to the company but received no further response.
The ordering process was smooth, and the website is user-friendly. However, the long delivery time and lack of responsibility from customer service are disappointing.
I suggest improving customer service responsiveness and taking responsibility for shipping issues. I hope to receive my package soon or get a refund.”

“Habe Black Mamba bestellt jetzt 1 Monat genommen total wirkungslos ( und ich habe es schon seit Jahren genommen sonst von anderen Anbietern ) Habe mir dann mal die Verpackung angeschaut , der Verpackungsaufkleber ist total schief , schließt nicht bündig ab mind 5 mm Unterschied. ich glaube nicht das das so im Original ist. Dazu nehme ich das ja noch im Kombi mit Submission 2-Yohimbine merke nix gar nix . Normalerweise ist man da total aufgeputscht man spürt richtig im Magen wie es zieht im Kopf wie man wach bleibt.
