“Am 26.07. bestellt, bis heute ist nichts angekommen, obwohl auf der Homepage eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Tagen (zzgl. Versandvorbereitung von 2 Tagen) angegeben ist. Nach Rückfrage meinerseits erhielt ich über den Chat nur die lapidar Aussage: Ist versendet worden. Nachdem die Ware jedoch immer noch nicht eintraf, habe ich erneut versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen... Leider blieb meine Anfrage bis jetzt unbeantwortet. So kann ich hier keine positive Bewertung abgeben und ich habe (wie schon ein paar Schreiber vor mir) das Gefühl, dass man hier abgezockt wird!”

“i bought the product from olympus labs re1gn, i use this product for many years, and its great. But i bought it from this fatburners.at and fisrt time that i received a damged product, with a lot of moisture inside that was months ago before i opened it. i have sent a lot of mails without any answer. i have sent photos of the product inside as also the order serial number, and i still waitting for an answer.”

“They sent me 2 Packs of Oxy ELite without seals (FAKE). I sent it back unopened. I have been waiting for my money 2 months now. You can feel from this Rudolf Herenyi that he is not willing to pay back. I have the returned code with signature. This guy always says he has to check with finance but this is a one man show. He is a thief. He had more than enough time to send my 90 Euros back. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE. FAKE & THIEVES.”

“Die ganzen Positiven Reviews sind alle fake oder gekauft!!! Habe mir vor 10 Tagen Pre Workout für knapp 50€ bestellt, und eine Email bekommen dass kein Geld überwiesen worden wäre, seitdem keine Rückmeldung mehr von Fatburners.at . Daraufhin habe ich mal mehr über die Seite recherchiert und herausgefunden dass die Seite zu 80% scammt und die restlichen Bestellungen mit Monatelanger Verspätung zuschickt oder einfach nur ein Teil der Bestellung ankommt. Nie wieder...”

“DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS WEBSITE I recently ordered Oxy Elite. I immediately received an email from Fatburners informing me that the product was sold out and offered to fulfill my order with a similar product along with additional samples. I was a little upset because they take the money for a product that actually THEY KNOW THAT THEY DONT HAVE IN THE STOCK. Nevertheless I accepted their suggestion and took the order for another product. I asked how many days would the deliver take, the answer was 3-4 working days. The order was made on the 24th February. today is 10th of March and I sill not have the order. I contact the company, to find a solution or get reimbursed, they replied it is not their problem, as they send the package to the post. They suggested me just to keep waiting until I DONT KNOW WHEN”

“Ordered on 23rd February still no parcel or refund for the alternative option they gave me since it was cheaper at the time. I asked for tracking and find it out they gave me fake screen shot of delivery saying I wasn't it which was for Switzerland when I live in England. They first said my tracking was with dpd then it change to another courier. All they're doing now is blaming it on covid. I've asked for refund and they keep denying me refund as they say its out of there hands now. Rip off.”

“Wir sind sehr enttäuscht wegen diesem Produkt. Ich und meine Freundin haben Yohombine HCL 5 und 10 mg bestellt und uns beide geht es sehr schlecht. Uns ist übel,wir sind müde davon und leicht Kopfschmerzen haben wir gehabt. Wir sind vollkommend gesund und wir nehmen keine Medikamenten. Wir haben unsere Symptome für den Verkäufer gemeldet....also wir beide haben eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung davon. Nie wieder”

“I do not recommend buying from faburners.at. The reason for this is miserable customer service. I canceled my first order in writing the next day because I placed a new order. Nevertheless, the first order was sent and unfortunately accepted by my neighbor. According to the terms and conditions, you have to send a withdrawal declaration to Elite Nutrition LTD. Rudolf Hereny 20-22 Wenlock Road Send N1 7Gu to London. and the package to Solvakia. I immediately started both with tracking. The letter came back to me with the note that the recipient could not be determined. The package was in the post station in Slovakia for 14 days and is now on the way back to me. I was only informed that the parcel had not been picked up in time. I should now send the package back at my own expense. I placed the order on June 5, 2020 and I am still waiting for the transfer back, although I have followed every shitty step according to the terms and conditions. Accordingly, I will now forward the matter to a lawyer.”

“Order 89062 placed on 22/6/20. Sent 4 emails requesting an update and to confirm the order had been despatched. Not one email acknowledged. This is meant to be a legitimate online seller?!?! What a joke?!? This has been my worst online buying experience ever!! My credit card was charged. I did not receive anything. I have not received any replies to any of my emails. “Hallo Fatburnes.at Die Bewertung zum Produkt ECA Stack T5 von Zion Labs (siehe unten) kann ich zu 100 Prozent nachvollziehen. Ich habe selbst 2 Stk. davon gestestet und überhaupt keine Wirkung gespürt. ABSOLUT FAKE. Eurer Statement ist völliger Dreck, was ist das für eine Argumentation, dass irgendwann in der Zukunft irgendwelche verifizierungen auf den verpackungen ist? Das bringt uns jetzt nichts, wir haben bei euch ein Produkt gekauft das wirkungslos ist. Mehrfach haben wir per Email versucht kontakt zu euch herzustellen, dann hätte man eine Lösung finden können. So wird halt hier entsprechend Bewertet, um andere davor zu warnen irgendwas bei euch zu kaufen. Jeder der vorhat bei euch zu bestellen soll sich im klaren darüber sein, dass wenn etwas nicht stimmt man keinen Kundensupport erwarten kann Mit freundlichen Grüßen :) Auf Nachfrage von fatburners, hier die Änderung meiner Bewertung. Wir sind keine Gruppe die irgendwo fake reviews veröffentlicht. Wir haben den mist bei euch bestellt. VIELLEICHT SOLLTET IHR DEN HERSTELLER KONTAKTIEREN, weil ihr scheinbar nicht mal wisst was ihr verkauft. Hier sind einige die der selben Meinung sind. Aber das sind scheinbar alles Lügner. Ihr seid Dreck. Fake. Unseriös. Kritikunfähig. Dreist. Ich habe das Produkt bei diesem Shop gekauft, bitte macht nicht den selben Fehler.”
