“I bought a product and right after the purchase I was told it was out of stock, I was very upset, so they gave me the option to choose a similar product or get my money back. as I really needed this product I decided to test it and I confess that I liked the product they recommended even more!”

“Alert!! This page is a scam I placed my order on May 24th- Today June 10th I still don't have any product or my money back. Most of the items on the web are not available and are used to retain your money. On May 24th place the order with number (242948) – Pure Fusion Protein AMIX - PVL Mutant Mass 2,27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Olimpic Creatinen. Total After placing my order they notify me that none of the items are in stock and suggest an exchange of items for cheaper items, and without the possibility of refunding the difference. I was offered Mutant Mass 2.27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Creatine Swiss Pharmaceuticals. To expedite the order regarding the difference, accept. The next day I receive another communication saying that Swiss Pharmaceuticals Creatine is also not available. I requested a refund but was only offered a coupon. Finally, after several reminders and without getting a response, I tried to use the coupon and place a new order. New surprise, when I applied the coupon, the order with the coupon was less than €55, so I had to pay the DHL costs again on my own - more than €15. I wrote them again and again: no answer. I finally gave up. Right now I just wanted to be able to move my money or get my money out of there, even if I had to pay DHL again. I placed a new order yesterday June 9th, order number 247871, including items AMIX Predator Protein Chocolate and Beast Sports Nutrition Creature Creatine. Again I receive an email saying that neither of the 2 items is in stock, and they suggest an exchange for Predator Protein Vanilla and another Creatine. I accept the change. After accepting the change, they tell me that they have not received the payment for the order and that I should use another payment method other than visa (my money came out of my visa). Now I try to advertise them to avoid this website”

“Highly suspicious seller - They consciously keep products that seem to be out of stock still on their website. Unfortunately, I've only looked into them after making an order myself and experiencing the same issue. I was offered an alternative that I've never even heard of, let alone trust. I quickly suggested an alternative that I would be happy with and I was told it was going to be sent off soon. I'll be back with an update.”

“Ich habe das bestellte Produkt schnell erhalten. Jedoch auf die Anfrage beim Hersteller (laut Label) erfahren, dass dieses Produkt eine Fälschung ist. Ich habe versucht über die Webseite von fatburners.at Support zu bekommen, aber keine Antwort. Fazit: Finger weg von der Seite. Hier die Mail vom offiziellen Hersteller: … Unfortunately, I have to inform you that you have purchased a counterfeit NutriLabs product. This is not one of our products. Please do not use this product as you don't know what could be in those capsules. The criminals who made this counterfeit product could care less about your safety. No need to take the risk - and please contact the company that you purchased it from for a full-refund. We will also write a letter to the retailer 'fatburners.at' that you purchased it from and have them remove the product from their inventory.…”

“Habe schon öfters bei ihnen bestellt und hatte wirklich nie was zu beanstanden. Nach der Überweisung (mit onlinebanking) kam schon innerhalb von paar Stunden eine Versandbestätigung. Die Lieferung erfolgte trotz großer Entfernung innerhalb von 3 Tagen zuverlässig. Bei der letzen Bestellung war mein erwünschtes Produkt leider ausverkauft, jedoch wurde mir direkt ein gleichwertiges Produkt ohne Umstände Angeboten und am selbigen Tag verschickt. Vertrauen kann man diesen Handel wirklich und kann bedenkenlos bestellen. Macht weiter so jungs !”

“Am 26.07. bestellt, bis heute ist nichts angekommen, obwohl auf der Homepage eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Tagen (zzgl. Versandvorbereitung von 2 Tagen) angegeben ist. Nach Rückfrage meinerseits erhielt ich über den Chat nur die lapidar Aussage: Ist versendet worden. Nachdem die Ware jedoch immer noch nicht eintraf, habe ich erneut versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen... Leider blieb meine Anfrage bis jetzt unbeantwortet. So kann ich hier keine positive Bewertung abgeben und ich habe (wie schon ein paar Schreiber vor mir) das Gefühl, dass man hier abgezockt wird!”

“Ich bin schon lange Kunde bei fatburners.at und mit dem Shop sehr zufrieden. Die Produkte sind gut beschrieben und haben auch im internationalen Vergleich vernünftige Preise. Besonders interessant sind die weiterführenden Grundlagen-Artikel über die Wirkungsweise der Produkte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Shop ist sehr gut, und wenn Probleme auftreten, werden sie schnell gelöst. Vor einigen Monaten gab es mit einem Transport-Dienstleister erhebliche Probleme. Dieser wurde gegen einen anderen ausgetauscht, und seitdem funktioniert wieder alles. Vor kurzem noch hatte ich einige Bestellungen aufgegeben, die teilweise aber nicht lieferbar waren. Nachdem ich mir Ersatzprodukte ausgesucht hatte versandte der Shop die mit einer teuren Express-Lieferung; so muss es sein!”
