“Not very happy with what I got from Father Sons. The sizing is wack and the $30 fee for international returns with no option to exchange is outrageous. In total, I’m out $45 just in shipping two shirts.”

“I have mixed feelings about this company. Some of their clothing is excellent and some of it is not so good. The jeans, sweaters, hoodies and t shirts I’ve never had any issues with. Some of the dress shirts however shrink badly after one wash, even at 20 degrees. Ive particularly noticed this with the denim, oxford and standard cotton super stretch shirts. The luxe ultra stretch shirts seem to be the highest quality and do not shrink in the wash and this is probably due to the shirt being mainly tencel. Overall I like this brand but some shirts have flaws. It’s not great considering you pay £40-£50 for some of the shirts so would expect the shirts to be fit for purpose. If they could fix this issue they would get 5 star as the shirts initially look good before washed.”

“I'm 6ft, all the t-shirt are long on me, but fit everywhere else. Never had this problem before. Please note different t-shirt Styles are cut different. The large fits me in 1 style and x large in another. You get told about your delivery on the some day as it's delivered. I got a text at 10.30 saying it will be delivered between 12.37 & 2.37. Obviously I missed that delivery, then the nightmare began. Couldn't contact anybody by phone or email, my reference number wasn't recognised......”

“Fantastic clothing that fits like a glove. I had an issue with a leather jacket and the customer service couldn't have been better. The best customer service I have experience. They arranged a free return and are sending me a replacement out. First class company and as a result I've I've renewed my wardrobe with them. Give them a go I can't rate them highly enough. They need 10 stars.⭐🤗”

“Terrible experience. I am from the US and placed an order. For one, their sizes run extremely small, so you need to up a size or two. I reached out to their CS team to return my items that were too small and they told me I needed to request a DHL shipping label from them in order for my items to get back to them in the 30-day return policy window. The cost for shipping it back would come out of my refund ($30 usd). I said ok fine, and requested the shipping label. No response. At this point, I am time crunching to respect their 30 day return window and went to my local USPS willing to spend $50usd to guarantee 3-5 day international shipping. The return address they gave me, does not exist and they could not guarantee my package would even make it where it needs to go. Overall, I'm stuck with items I am not happy with and they are no help. This place is a scam and I would not waste your money. If you ever need to return anything to them, prepare for a nightmare.”

“I've ordered a shirt from them, it came exactly as it looked in their ads. I don't understand the amount of negative reviews. The shirt arrived in 2 days and was simply great. Maybe take a look at their size charts and make up of their shorts before you order then whine 🤷‍♂️”

“Ordered the black ribbed hoodie, it came within 2 days with dhl, and i'm located in new york. The hoodie looks amazing and fits great. I'm 5' 8'' 200 pounds and a XL is a perfect fit. The material is great and i'm impressed. will be ordering from them again. I saw some negative reviews online in the past, but I just wanted to share my positive experience with this company, they are great in my book.”

“My first impression of the brand was good, so I decided to order several products at once. 2 shirts (white, black), long sleeve, long neck Tee, white sweater, 2 pair of jeans... I guess I didn't forget anything. Anyway, white shirt is just a carbage - it's written silky cotton but in my opinion not even avarage quality cotton (i'm in textile business for over 20 years). Black shirt is somewhat wearable, I like the fit. Sweater - so far no problems Long sleeve long neck Tee - so far my fav cloth from them Long Sleeve round neck Tee - crooked seam on the neck. So you have a feeling that one side of your shoulder is shorter than the other one. 2 pair of jeans - I would rate it 8/10. Not bad but could be better for that money. But what drives me crazy the most is that they write: "Made of the finest cotton & elastane for ultimate comfort/stretch featuring the Father Sons metal emblem." and then Composition: 85% Polyester, 15% Viscose. Not even 1% of a cotton!!”

“Terrible delivery system. They don’t give you a date of when they’re delivering. Then I get an email at 10:35 saying it will be delivered between 12:10-14:00 so I get home at 12 and the delivery driver came at 11:10! Now can’t re deliver for 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service.”

“Having retrospectively checked out the reviews, no surprise that their rating is 2.3/5. I sent back two shirts; one for a different size and one for a refund. They refunded the cheapest shirt, and returned the cheapest shirt (which I didn't want). They acknowledged that it was their error but their resolution attempt was extremely poor and they made no effort to resolve or to ensure customer satisfaction. Their shirts are not cheap, so you should expect A* service and they fall short of this.”

“Look I usually don't post reviews, but I think this is a great brand. Yes, they always out of stock, but that is a good thing a testament to the quality. The customer service I don't know did not have a problem with order but from the UK to NYC in two days always fast. The quality of the shirts is the best, the fit is perfect. not washed any yet so I will be extra delicate”

“They are pretty good at picture enhancements. Everything looks so nice on pictures the colors are super dark and noticable, colors really stand out but in real life color is so faded you have to literally stand like 1 feet away to notice if theres 2 different colors on a shirt like the polka dots ones. But in the pics looks like you can tell the colors like 10 ft away. Fitted and designs definitely was great but that's about it. The material quality you will notice is garbage. Shrinks so bad after one wash. The medium turned into xs size.”

“I tried to order two shirts online from these guys and upon check out I realized I was goinna get a size bigger just in case , I didn’t wanna have to deal with the hassle of shipping things back so I cancelled the order within 30 seconds of confirming and got an email saying my money was refunded . 2 days later no money has been refunded to my bank account . Has anyone else had delays on refunds ?”

“Clothes are fine, but they don’t want you to contact them if there’s a problem. No phone number and don’t answer emails but ... you can’t hide from everyone. To help others phone number is 01708 746606 Also if you paid by PayPal there’s another number just under the transaction id number on your PayPal page”
