“Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub is remarkable! I've tried many products for relief from leg cramps, and this Rub works within seconds to stop the pain/cramp. A product worth 5 stars--but one star subtracted due to a quantity-shipped error which was immediately corrected by Customer Service. I can't recommend enough Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub!”

According to the tracking history, it arrived in Bloomington, CA in 8/8 and has not moved since. We will reship this for you right away via Priority Shipping. “I have not yet received my order which was shipped July 16,2920. Emailed your company ...they said it was sitting in someplace and you would be sending another order.?????”

“Package was lost and eventually found but delivered in a messy torn up state. Fortunately, the jars of cream were not broken. By rights, the $5 handling charge should have been refunded.”
