Still have not received my order

Ms. Moss, we sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. Our records indicate that your package shipped from us on 7/24 with USPS tracking number 4209134292748927005316200003565312. According to the tracking history, it arrived in Bloomington, CA in 8/8 and has not moved since. We will reship this for you right away via Priority Shipping. I have not yet received my order which was shipped July 16,2920. Emailed your company ...they said it was sitting in someplace and you would be sending another order.?????

Ms. Newton, we do apologize that your order was not received as quickly as you had anticipated. Your order was reshipped on Tuesday, August 4th in response to the email you sent us looking for your order. In our response to your email, we also expressed our regret that "Due to the Coronavirus situation and processing facility still having fewer people working, product has been moving slower. We hope this will improve within the coming months." Please also be advised that the USPS website continues to publish the following: "ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED." In addition, we ask that you take in to consideration the previous seven orders for this product you have placed with us over the past four years that were delivered on time. Package was lost and eventually found but delivered in a messy torn up state. Fortunately, the jars of cream were not broken. By rights, the $5 handling charge should have been refunded.

I was disappointed with the time that it took from the time I ordered the product until I received my order. It was around 13 days. I was expecting it sooner than that. I can't say if it was delivered on time.

This book has a step by step plan to get rid of clutter. I just have to get started & use the ideas the book gives. This is a good company who publishes books on a variety of topics, several of which I have bought

Your "Age-Away Skin Cream" is truly a miracle working cream for a senior lady like me! I don't wear this cream during the day because it is so super moisturizing, making it hard for me to apply my makeup; but, I do apply it underneath my eyes on the lines and wrinkles below. It totally works to soften my lines and wrinkles. It is awesome! This cream, in my opinion, works best overnight. It super softens my facial skin and my neck skin, plus any hard, dry, rough skin on my face heals up quickly over a few days of nightly use. I am also diabetic, which is a hard thing to deal with skin-wise. I highly recommend this cream to those with facial skin and neck skin issues.

Some of the info is what I remember when I was a child. I am older than dirt and this book has very good info for home info. It is worth the money if you really read the info in it.

My gosh, I used baking soda and hot water on a stove fan screen, it made it like new. That hint in the book helped!

Dear sirs; The pain med is excellent BUT I am more impressed by the Gospel message that was included, I am a Christian and the message is perfect and it is my prayer that many people will not only take time to read it but will PRAY and accept God's gift of salvation.
