“I am happy with my purchase. However, I am confused as to why my correspondence from FC&A says that it is a subscription. I called the day I received the 2 bottles and asked why it said subscription, this is a one time order of two bottles. I was told by the customer service representative that it was a one time order. Verified. Now this notice says autoship subscription too. I don't know what that means....”

Ms. Heavens, the order you are referencing here is for our Pain Relief Rub product, in which you paid $21.26 for on our website and according to USPS tracking #420067069400109898642805357475, it was delivered to the Waterbury, CT, address that you requested delivery to on November 27th. Our records show you called our Customer Service department today regarding the book, The Fixed Income Answer Book for Seniors, that you ordered for yourself. According to USPS tracking #420067129241990203331008023928, that package was picked up from the post office on 11/2 after USPS sent you a notice that your mailbox was full. In spite of this proof of delivery, we are reshipping the book. If you need any more assistance, please call 1-800-226-8024.
