Ms. Heavens, the order you are referencing here is for our Pain Relief Rub product, in which you paid $21.26 for on our website and according to USPS tracking #420067069400109898642805357475, it was delivered to the Waterbury, CT, address that you requested delivery to on November 27th. Our records show you called our Customer Service department today regarding the book, The Fixed Income Answer Book for Seniors, that you ordered for yourself. According to USPS tracking #420067129241990203331008023928, that package was picked up from the post office on 11/2 after USPS sent you a notice that your mailbox was full. In spite of this proof of delivery, we are reshipping the book. If you need any more assistance, please call 1-800-226-8024.

I am 83years old (or young) and in good health. Whenever a minor problem arises, all I do is tweak my choice of foods, and voila, problem solved... The books of FC&A are a wonderful resource for this way of living. Thank you. (5 stars)

I hate having to wait forever for items I order online. FC&A does great when it comes to getting merchandise that’s been ordered online out to their customers. I for one am most grateful for that. I haven’t had to deal with Customer Service concerning any large orders, they are very professional and friendly on the phone. I’m also impressed with the selections of merchandise. All in all, I like FC&A Publishing. L George

FC&A provides a very wide range of interesting subjects. Kudos! On the negative side, a couple of things. The shipping time from the announced ship date to actual reception at the destination address is way too long (over 14 days) in my latest order. Also, on the order I just received, it was pointed out by one of the gift recipients that the book copyright was nine years ago (2012). I think this important fact should have been mentioned by FC&A in the book description.

I have had cronic gout issues since 1980 that flare up whenever I eat red meat and the Pain Relief Rub seems to relieve me of some of the pain I experience. Of course, I take medications to try and curb the pain but meds don't work sometimes. I find the Relief Rub gives me satisfaction of pain free eveings so I can sleep peacefully. Thank you Frank Wood for your product.

first book never delivered called oct 13 rep said a new one would be sent never received i canceled the cc payment much trouble and disappointed
