We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. On 3/1/19, we identified a carrier issue and all packages that originally shipped between 2/14/19 and 2/28/19 had to be reshipped. This was completed by a new carrier and we trust this will not occur again. You should receive the replacement any day now and a $4 coupon. Thank you for your patience. Terrible, Terrible Customer service. I ordered one Jar of pain relief cream on February 21, 2019 today is March 19 and I did not receive it. Everytime I call they say it has left your facility and that is all they know. I called today and canceled the order and I hope my account gets refunded or I will be calling for the 10th time. This has been very, very aggravating to say the least. I ordered three jars and paid expedited shipping and I received that. I will rethink ordering from your company again.

I have ordered books before and was very satisfied with the product and service. However, my latest purchase has yet to be received. The delivery date has come to pass and I have not received my order. I called FC&A too inquire and I was told that there is a problem with the delivery contractor, and I should be receiving my order shortly. I am still waiting.

Never received it. Tracking number showed USPS never received it from you. Called you and was told it would be re shipped, emailed you to find out what new tracking number would be and you never responded. Very disappointed.

Outdated and very dated information that most people know already and all of which is available for free on the internet. I did not learn 1 thing. Also some very incorrect information.

Thank you for your recent order. We regret the delivery is taking longer than you had anticipated. Generally, you should expect to receive your order 10 – 14 days after it is received. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our records show your most recent order is scheduled for delivery today which we recognize is longer than usual. I ordered "Super Abundant Health for Seniors". What I received was "Super Abundant Health". This is classic "Bait & Switch", as I would not have ordered this publication without its having been represented as being "for Seniors".

In addition to the comprehensive list of common senior ailments and conditions in the Table of Contents, seniors are referenced on many pages throughout the book. I bought this book before!!! Totally different name and totally different cover but exact same book. I think that sucks. Never buy from you again!!
