“I have not read the book yet, But it took about 22 days for the book to be delivered.”

Our shipping vendor experienced a critical failure three weeks ago. It took us several days to recover and to get your packages moving properly again. We are very sorry for this delay. Although this interruption was out of our hands, we were able to engage a new vendor within a week and get things back on track. Most of our delayed packages have delivered, but a few are still in transit. Please call us at 800-226-8024 if you are still experiencing difficulty and we will make it right. “Love the cream. But the shipping delays are terrible. I am still waiting 3 weeks. Can't blame FC&A, but certainly need to reconsider shippers.”

“Great product! Ordered on 2/20/19 and still do not have! Should not take this long to get to Reno,NV!! Maybe you need a new carrier??? I will continue to order the cream but not happy with time it takes to get it! Thanks Richard Riddle”

Thank you so much for the positive review of our product. We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. As a matter of fact, on 3/1/19, we did identify a carrier issue and all packages that originally shipped between 2/14/19 and 2/28/19 had to be reshipped. This was completed last week by a new carrier and we trust this will not occur again. You should receive the replacement by the end of this week and a $4 coupon. Thank you for your patience. Please call our Customer Department at 1-800-226-8024 Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm ET if you need additional assistance.

“I spent 30+ years as a computer programmer/analyst but today's technology puts that experience far behind anything in today's world. I will find Computers, Internet and Cellphones Made Easy for Seniors very useful in the equipment and applications of today's world. I ordered another copy for my son-in-law's Christmas gift.”
