Hi Mr. Rasic, Our records show you have been on our auto-ship program for Frank K. Wood's Pain Relief Rub since 5/1/17. It is currently set up to automatically ship you 3 jars every 160 days. On August 19th, 2019, we received a call to schedule the next ship date for 3 jars the very next day on August 20th, 2019. That calculated your next shipment to go out on 1/27/2020. While the order that shipped out on 1/27/20 was en route, we received a stand-alone order for 3 more jars on our website on 1/31/20. Please understand that we had no way of knowing you did not want either of these shipments. Please call us at 1-800-226-8024 so we may correct this matter for you.

We regret the service was not what you expected. Our shipping is usually 10 to 15 business days but we also offer Priority shipping for an additional fee. Hello....thank you for your comment but we are a bit confused. Our records indicate the order associated with this comment is for our Pain Relief Rub in which we also received this comment for the same order. Could you clarify for us? I've been living with very painful Sciatica for about 8 months. I used CBD salve and that worked great for about 2 months then just stopped working. A woman my mother cares for gave her a jar of Frank K. Wood's Pain Relief Rub for me to try. It has been a God send! I've been using it now for about 3 months and it has really relieved my pain! I was actually able to go on vacation and enjoy myself!

Our shipping vendor experienced a critical failure recently. It took us several days to recover and to get your packages moving properly again. We are very sorry for this delay. “I believe this is my final purchase from FC&A Publishing. The information in the book is not what I expected. Then I ended up on their email list and have received way too many “opportunities” to purchase more. I believe I’m done.”

“I found many places in the book to be penny pinching without full knowledge. Especially the insurance advice. Insuring a small child is very inexpensive and you can buy plans that are very low with up to 6 times during the persons life when they can add insurance coverage. I have seen little ones uninsurable before they were 10. It is very sad. I would not recommend this book.”

“I can't rate FC&A yet because the Postal first lost the package in Nevada, then sent it 500+ miles from the proper destination. When I received the package it was flat and empty in a bag that said we care, the post office. I am wanting to reorder but I won't if the only shipping is from usps. Than ks Gordon”

“My 91 year old mother uses your product and like it. What I am most frustrated with about your company is your marketing. I have asked you to stop sending her mail as she is not capable of making sound decisions yet she still receives mail. Additionally, now that I am ordering for her, I find 2 emails from you within 45 minutes of each other. Your marketing is overboard and it's frustrating as well that you offer 3 items for slightly over the cost of 2. Since she is 91 I prefer to order one item at a time, yet I end up ordering 3 and then have to make a trip to get it to her, plus it isn't as fresh. If I could get my mother to try something else, I would certainly do so.”

“I am disappointed in the book I purchased " Personal Finance for Seniors" It was marketed as Social Security loopholes no one will tell you. There was no information that you cannot get at the SS office in this book. Although other useful tips were included regarding other things, they are not why I purchased the book.”

“I am not really sure that I received the correct book. I ordered Super Abundant Health for Seniors and received Super Abundant Health. Same book? I really don't know. This book does not reference any specific ideas for seniors.”

“it really did not specify what windows was in the book I needed windows 8.1 and or 10 it was not anywhere near those. I did find a couple things out but not much”
