Ms. Heavens, the order you are referencing here is for our Pain Relief Rub product, in which you paid $21.26 for on our website and according to USPS tracking #420067069400109898642805357475, it was delivered to the Waterbury, CT, address that you requested delivery to on November 27th. Our records show you called our Customer Service department today regarding the book, The Fixed Income Answer Book for Seniors, that you ordered for yourself. According to USPS tracking #420067129241990203331008023928, that package was picked up from the post office on 11/2 after USPS sent you a notice that your mailbox was full. In spite of this proof of delivery, we are reshipping the book. If you need any more assistance, please call 1-800-226-8024.

“FC&A provides a very wide range of interesting subjects. Kudos! On the negative side, a couple of things. The shipping time from the announced ship date to actual reception at the destination address is way too long (over 14 days) in my latest order. Also, on the order I just received, it was pointed out by one of the gift recipients that the book copyright was nine years ago (2012). I think this important fact should have been mentioned by FC&A in the book description.”

“I started reading through sections of the book "The Fixed Income Answer Book for Seniors". The information is VERY valuable, and I appreciate that. This will certainly be a good reference, which I will use frequently. The one thing I did not like is that some Christian religious literature was included in the package. I am not affiliated with any religion, and I am not interested in being converted.”

“My Order was shipped out the next day but took, (after calls to your customer service and a e-mail message) 22 days to receive the order. You claimed that the order was sitting at a processing center somewhere. You also failed to provide me with a tracking number so I could track my order. I don't know what the problem was, (maybe Covid related) but 22 days is not acceptable for a item that was in stock.”

Our records also show that you received this package the day after we reshipped you another order via priority so you should have two orders. “Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub is remarkable! I've tried many products for relief from leg cramps, and this Rub works within seconds to stop the pain/cramp. A product worth 5 stars--but one star subtracted due to a quantity-shipped error which was immediately corrected by Customer Service. I can't recommend enough Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub!”

“Your Age-Away Skin Cream is good, not greasy, and convenient to purchase. I just didn’t like the jump in price from $9 a jar to $16 a jar, but I’ll probably keep buying since I don’t have to leave home.”
