I have not read the book yet, But it took about 22 days for the book to be delivered.

Our shipping vendor experienced a critical failure three weeks ago. It took us several days to recover and to get your packages moving properly again. We are very sorry for this delay. Although this interruption was out of our hands, we were able to engage a new vendor within a week and get things back on track. Most of our delayed packages have delivered, but a few are still in transit. Please call us at 800-226-8024 if you are still experiencing difficulty and we will make it right. Books are fine. However, delivery of the books to way too long. I was getting to place a phone call to FC&A Publishing to cancel the order. It took a little over 3 weeks to get the books.

Love the cream. But the shipping delays are terrible. I am still waiting 3 weeks. Can't blame FC&A, but certainly need to reconsider shippers.

Terrible, Terrible Customer service. I ordered one Jar of pain relief cream on February 21, 2019 today is March 19 and I did not receive it. Everytime I call they say it has left your facility and that is all they know. I called today and canceled the order and I hope my account gets refunded or I will be calling for the 10th time. This has been very, very aggravating to say the least. I ordered three jars and paid expedited shipping and I received that. I will rethink ordering from your company again.

I have ordered books before and was very satisfied with the product and service. However, my latest purchase has yet to be received. The delivery date has come to pass and I have not received my order. I called FC&A too inquire and I was told that there is a problem with the delivery contractor, and I should be receiving my order shortly. I am still waiting.

I haven't received it yet. And I haven't been able to track the shipment, because it changed from usps to Best Way shipping service. And there's not tracking available for Best Way.

Dear LANA KETCHEM: Your product, Frank K Wood’s Age-Away Cream, shipped 2/20/2019. We send our packed products to a Vendor that sorts the packages by Zip Code which helps deliver product quicker. The vendor had a packaging process disruption which caused a delay in your package. This has been resolved and your package is now being processed by Pitney Bowes and it is on its way. Your package should deliver within a week. Pitney Bowes had to issue a new tracking number so the one you have thru BestWay Parcel is invalid. Unfortunately, we do not have a new tracking number at this time. Thank you for your patience. I ordered one jar of Frank K Woods pain relief cream in February and I made numerous calls to see why I had not received it, finally yesterday a gentleman told me it was held up in a warehouse. Now I am wondering if it has been stored properly. The other times I called they told me all they could tell me is that it left your facility. Not very attentive customer service.

Great product! Ordered on 2/20/19 and still do not have! Should not take this long to get to Reno,NV!! Maybe you need a new carrier??? I will continue to order the cream but not happy with time it takes to get it! Thanks Richard Riddle

Never received it. Tracking number showed USPS never received it from you. Called you and was told it would be re shipped, emailed you to find out what new tracking number would be and you never responded. Very disappointed.
