Very disappointed with content of books not at all what I was lead to believe

Your books are well written, very interesting and address subjects of interest to me. Over the years I have ordered some of them and have not disappointed. Also, the price is right even for a Senior Citizen on a somewhat tight budget. Thank you.

I ordered some pain cream. Unfortunately, the 3 containers slightly leaked the paste. It wasn't that bad. I did receive a replacement after inquiring a few times. I have enough for now and may order more in the future. I'm still trying it out for a proper evaluation.

I am very unhappy with your company! I feel It is a scam to older people. I have called multiple times on behalf of my grandma Marian to take her off the mailing list,and we don’t want anymore of your products especially the books that are absolutely absurd price! She is 91 years old and I’ve been taken care of her finances etc and we keep getting bills for these books that she doesn’t order! After I called and called about it,and pay them off and say can we get her off this list and am told that they did and it would take a couple weeks,and then we get another book again. And it’s not convient to try to send the book back alllllllllllll the time! And we want it to stop!!!

We apologize for the misunderstanding and certainly understand your frustration. Our records indicate you have called FC&A one time on July 23rd, 2021, to request your grandmother removed from our mailing list for medical reasons. We immediately flagged her account as such, which prevents our system from sending any more orders or advertisements. No products have been shipped from us since May 18th, 2021. If you received another advertisement in the mail after July 23rd, it would only be due to mail pieces already on the way that we were unable to stop. To be clear, FC&A is a family-owned business, founded in 1969, with a strong history of success in the direct mail industry. I am grateful to FC&A for the publications that are available. I get all kinds of emails trying to sell some kind of pill or another and never really tell you what the solution is. Your books are direct and to the point. They actually say what to do for each and every problem.

Ms. Nobe, our records indicate that our Customer Service manager responded to your email requesting a full refund on July 8th regarding this order. We did refund you $4.80 to honor the 15% discount. Regarding the receipt of your order, per USPS tracking #9400109898642724606913, your order was delivered on July 6th. This makes the third order since May 10, 2021, that you claimed to have not received in spite of delivery confirmations. We canceled your bills for the two books in good faith. I am afraid this time, we will need you to return the cream for a full refund. Please call 1-800-226-8024 to arrange this. Our customer service agents are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
