Ms. Martin, according to your USPS tracking number 9241990203331009321429, your item was returned to the sender on January 25, 2021 at 9:11 pm in RIO RANCHO, NM 87124 because the addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. Recently purchased pain relief rub and very pleased with results. It completly eliminates my arthritis pain in my hands and knees. Would recomend this product to anyone.

This product really works. My pain level during the day isn't too noticeable, but when I go to bed it seems to intensify in a knee and hip joint to the point where I am unable to fall asleep. I can usually get almost complete relief within 15 minutes of application. I have been using this Pain Relief Rub for about 4 years. I DO have a first time complaint not related to the value of the product. I usually call and order, but I was required on December 3, 2020 to place my two orders (six containers) on line. My credit card account was charged that day for $59.08 and I'm writing this review Christmas eve, 21 days later, and I still haven't received my order.

The Pain Relief Rub has been a blessing to me, keeping my hands pain free and functioning. I put the rub on my hands at night and cover with cotton gloves, when I wake up without pain and able to move my hands especially my thumbs, I am so thankful. I also put on my knees at night and then after my showers to keep my knees working without pain. This is so much better than taking OTC medicines, with their side effects. Have used for 3+ years successfully.

My Order was shipped out the next day but took, (after calls to your customer service and a e-mail message) 22 days to receive the order. You claimed that the order was sitting at a processing center somewhere. You also failed to provide me with a tracking number so I could track my order. I don't know what the problem was, (maybe Covid related) but 22 days is not acceptable for a item that was in stock.

I have mild neuropathy in my feet and my brother-in-law told me about the cream so I tried it and it definitely relieved the numbness feeling. Bought 2 jars at first and recently bought 3 more.
