“Fraudulent company
I purchased gummies to try , next thing I knew I was party of an automatic subscription without my knowledge
I emailed twice to request reimbursement and cancellation of this subscription but no response
I have tried canceling on their site but somehow no matter how many times I click in cancel subscription, it remains active and no confirmation is being sent from them other than next month comes around and they charge my cc for another shipment

“I never signed up for a subscription. I thought maybe I made a mistake when they said they were going to send me the second batch which I didn't want and didn't order. Told them to keep their stuff and cancel my subscription. I even went to their website and "canceled a subscription" I didn't subscribe to. They sent it anyway. I asked my cc company to reverse the charge which they did. I contacted feals again to say stop. Then they sent me another email saying my stuff is on the way. I emailed them again to stop. I don't know how to get them to go away.”
“Not only did these not have any effect on me (new user of THC products) , I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. After 2 ignored emails requesting refund, I called only to find out they offer 80-85% refund and ONLY if I provide my personal checking acct info. I asked that they return to my original payment, Paypal, and they refused. Byer beware.”

“Received a referral coupon from a friend for $20 off. Clicked on the email and checked out for product. Next day realized the coupon did not apply during check out so I contacted company. Said the item I bought would not apply to the discount. Couldn’t find anywhere on the email or website that anything would be excluded. I was offered another $20 off for next purchase and could then use the $20 that I missed out on making it $40 off, I couldn’t even find codes for both to use. Isn’t this a form of click bait ?? Anyhow, I tried the cbd and it did nothing for me. They also have a return guarantee but only for items that haven’t been used so they defeats the satisfaction guarantee bullcrab!”
