About Feather & Stitch:

Our aim at Feather & Stitch is to provide a fabulous boutique shopping experience outside central London. Each season, items are handpicked from mainly Danish, French and other European designer labels with a focus on stylish everyday pieces - well cut jeans, luxurious knitwear, silk blouses and dresses and beautiful accessories.

Owner and Founder, Fiona Sanderson, cut her teeth in the world of fashion travelling the globe as a buyer for a big high street retailer before founding Feather & Stitch in Richmond, Surrey in 2009. This was also the year Fi had her first baby - Fi has found it interesting at times juggling the two!

Feather & Stitch's mission is to help customers find their own individual style and one of the team is always on hand to offer one-on-one styling advice. We also order items in specifically for customers and pride ourselves in delivering an amazing shopping experience and personal service.

“As always, a beautiful collection of quality clothes with wonderful staff too. I’ve been buying stuff on line and have had need to call the girls in the shop, who are the loveliest, kindest, friendliest, most helpful people to deal with including sending things out for immediate next day delivery.”

“Bought the beautiful Orli Mabe midi dress and the Pear & Caviar tunic dress online. Items Arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the Pearl & Caviar dress wasn’t for me so I returned that but was refunded quickly without any hassle. The Orli midi dress is gorgeous (recommend sizing up as snug across the chest) and a perfect summer holiday dress, have had lots of compliments on it already. Feather & Stitch have a really good selection of brands. Will definitely use again for future purchases.”

“Lovely website, received order promptly and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, item did not suit me but returned and received quick advice that refund had been made. Sasly, Cost of returning was high and might make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Excellent service. I particularly wanted a dress that was by then out of stock. They said they would look as see if there had been any returns and there had. It was put back on line and I managed to buy it thanks to the help I was given by the shop. It was sent quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more……”

“Took money after which called to say sometime later that product unavailable. Given that I placed an online order with a discount have a feeling that it was sold to a store customer at full price”

We are so very sorry that the item you ordered was out of stock. This rarely happens and when it does we are always sorry to disappoint our customers. It happens if there is an error in our stock system and that does sometimes happen. Please be assured that we would not have sold the item to another customer. “I ordered the Titalia skirt by Des Petits Hauts and it is so beautiful. The quality is excellent, and the extra attention to detail, such as the buttons down one side of the skirt, make this piece extra special. The print is so cute and the material feels luxurious. I am usually a size 12 and ordered the Large, which fitted just right. The delivery by Feather & Stitch was second to none. Only two hours after I placed by order I received an email to say that it had been despatched! Absolutely brilliant service. The skirt was packaged beautifully, with a handwritten note - such a joy to open. Will definitely be going back to Feather & Stitch again and again.”
